Meeting Team 10 & Starting The Prank

Esther's POV

When we arrived at the house I was nearly asleep because the flight was exhausting, but as soon as I realized we were there I jumped out the car and the tiredness was gone.

"We'll gather the whole Team in the office, then we are going to introduce you to everyone and then we'll start the prank. Ok?" Anthony asked.

I nodded and he went inside. I stood beside Chance and ask him a last time if he was sure to do that. He just smiled and said: "Yes, I still am.", then he went inside.

I stood in front of the house for a few seconds and took a deep breath, hoping that our friendship wouldn't suffer from the prank because we would have to kiss each other and be all sweet to each other and that's not really who we are at all and it's probably going to be stressful to act like it 24/7.

Now I also went inside and put my stuff in the hallway. Anthony came out of the office to get Chance and me because everybody was already sitting in the office to meet the new guest.

We went into the office and everybody was staring at me making me feel like I had something on my face. Most of the people looked familiar to me because of the vlogs and pranks I'd seen.

My eyes locked on someone in the right corner, sitting in front of a computer, but he didn't bother to look what was going on around him. I couldn't think of his name but I believe that Chance, Anthony and Jake covered his car with peanut butter.

I kept staring at him when I felt Chance pushing me a little so I would stop daydreaming. By then I realized the guy in the corner was looking at me probably because he noticed me staring at him.

I blushed a little and looked up to Chance. He just started introducing me.

Kade's POV

When I looked up from my computer I noticed that the girl next to Chance stared at me. I assumed this is Esther, Chance's friend who's going to stay with us for a bit. It felt a bit weird that she stared at me, but at the same time I couldn't take my eyes of her. She looked pretty even though you could tell that she was tired from the flight and her hair was the definition of messy but still really cute. Maybe, if she's nice I will ask her out sometime in the nearer future.

When Chance pushed her a little I could tell she was a bit embarrassed for staring at me but blushing made her even cuter.

Esther's POV

"So guys, this is Esther my best friend from New York. As I already told you she's going to stay with us for a few weeks. Tessa-" he slightly blushed, "-can you show Esther your room afterwards, so she knows where to put her stuff?" Chance said and Tessa just smiled and nodded.

It was really cute seeing him blush only because he asked her one small question. That explains why he wouldn't be able to ask her out. He would probably faint while doing it. I laughed a little thinking about it.

Chance continued: "As some of you may know we dated back in 2012 but it didn't work out. Since then we've been best friends, but the heart wants what it wants so now we're back together."

He went behind me, hugging me from there and giving me a peck on the cheek.

So now the prank started, I said to myself. I looked around to see what the others thought about it. 

Most of them just nodded, the Martinez Twins winked at Chance, the guy in the corner looked a bit confused then he devoted himself back to the computer. You could tell Tessa was struggling a bit with the situation. She then stood up, hugged and congratulated both of us and left the office without looking back. 

I was already sure that she had a thing for Chance, but I agreed to be part of the prank  so I couldn't pull out now.

Everybody went back to what their were doing before. We decided, we won't get on their nerves with the shitty nicknames and being the most annoying couple in history until tomorrow morning so they don't hate me instantly.  

I gave Chance a peck on the cheek, before leaving the office to look after Tessa and to find out where to put my stuff.

I saw her standing in the kitchen, getting herself something to drink.

"Hey Tessa, are you alright?" I asked. You could tell she had watery eyes.

"Yeah, sorry for leaving so fast. I remembered I had something in the oven. Do you want to see my room now?" she answered while drying her eyes.

Having something in the oven is probably the worst excuse you could have, however, I decided not to ask again, because she wouldn't answer honestly anyway. I mean, who would tell the stranger, who's the "girlfriend" of your crush that they have feelings for them, right?

I just nodded. We made our way to the staircase. When I wanted to grab my things to take them upstairs, Chance took them from me to carry them upstairs for me. 

"I'll take that for you, babe." he said while giving me a light kiss on the lips.

I turned around to Tessa, who was running up the stairs to her room. I could feel how my stomach took a 180 degree turn, because I already felt really bad for her, after being about 15 minutes into the prank. How will I be able to resist this feeling for a few weeks, and how is it possible Chance and Tessa aren't dating. It's so fricking obvious they have feelings for each other, god damn it.

I swear there will be more Kade in the next chapter!! This is my first fanfiction and I wasn't sure how to start it properly.
