*senior year*
I don't know what to say to him. He is staring right at me. So I just stare at him. I honestly don't know what to feel right now. Happy he is back or mad because he left me. "What are you drawing?" He says to me sitting down. "Just stuff that pops in my head." I finally say. He smiles at me. I know what I'm feeling now. Anger. All I do is get up and walk away. Really? Walk away? Nice Katie.
When I left the room, I went to my locker. I was rummaging through it looking for... nothing. "Hey." He says. I shut my locker and there he is again. "I see you got the locker next to mine last year." He says. I nod i. Response. "So how have you been?" He says. I know he didn't know what to say either. Miserable. "Fine. You?" I say back. "Ok I guess. Still doing art I see?" He says. "I actually enrolled in a art class this year." I say. "Cool." He says. In that moment I felt happy. I was happy because he was back. He was talking to me.
After school I met up with Kyle and went out to eat. "So did you see dylan today?l he asks as he eats his pizza. "Yeah I did." I say. "And did he talk to you?" He asks. "Yeah he did." I say smiling. "Cool." He says. "How's Mandy." I ask. "Not so good." I nod. "Are you ready to leave." He asks. "Yeah." I say. We get up and pay the bill. I left the tip and then we went home.
