Thank gosh it's the weekend. My dad is taking me out today! Since he moved back here, we haven't had a day with just us. "Where do you want to eat?" He asks as we pull out of the drive way. "I don't care." I say. Which I didn't. "Ok. What about Bobs?" He asks. Bobs is a small restaurant that serves literally anything. "That's sounds good." I say.
When we got to Bobs, it was really packed. We got assigned to a booth and looked at the menu. "Do you know what you want?" I ask my dad. "Not a clue." He says laughing. I smile and nod. "Hi I'm dylan and I'll be your server today.-" he stops and so do I. It was dylan. "Katie?!! What are you doing here?" He says. My dad gave me a weird look. "Hey dylan. I'm out with my dad for the day." I say looking at my dad. "This is dylan dad." Dylan looks at me and then at my dad. "It's nice to meet you sir." He says. "Nice to meet you too." He says back.
We didn't talk much about how my ex boyfriend was our waiter on the ride home. I don't even think my dad knows I have an ex boyfriend. Hm.
I woke up around 10 when I got a text. It was from dylan. "Can we hang at the park?" He texted. I checked the weather and it was 53 degrees outside... what?!! I texted back with "Sure. See you in 20." I wonder what he wants to talk about?
