Part 16

"Hey Mary?" Riley walks into the living room, heel clicks silencing on the carpet, as she look down at the mail. 

"Yes dear?" Mary looks up from her laptop as Riley lightly knocks on the office door and pushes the mail between the carpet and door. "Oh they aren't home. Had to fly to Reno last minute   early this morning."  

"Oh." Riley looks at the door then back at Mary. "Mail for you." She places it next to the computer then sits by the window. 

"Thank you..   So what were you gunna ask when you came in." 

"I wasn't going to ask anything, states something." 

Mary takes off her classes, setting them on the mail. "What would that be?" 

"I don't want to have a party for my birthday..."

"Why's that?" 

"I want to remember my party, not wake up with a hang over not knowing what I've done." 

"Well what do you have in mind?" 

"The movie theater." 

"No one has used it in two years. Are you sure?"

"Yeah. Since im not working today Ill clean it after lunch"

"You'll 2down there for a while. Ill make the invites, write a list of people you want to invite."

"Ill just text you the list. Ill get it to you by tonight."

"Thank you. What will you be doing in the mean time?"

"Probably take a nap. Ive been up since 2. Foreign countries are hard to bargrn with."

"Who were you chatting with?"

"You make the appointments." Riley chuckles a little. "I had two companies to chat with this morning. One from Russia and One from England."

"Oh i forgot about that. How'd it go?"

"Pretty well."
