(Y/n POV)
I was standing in the middle of the ring getting ready for my match against who I thought was charlotte when the familiar sound of big e's voice blasted through the arena signaling the entrance of the new day. I stood there quite confused over what was happening since I had a scheduled match after all when I saw kofi, Xavier and big e hop their way out to the ring like they usually do, however before they could get to the ring I picked up a microphone and interrupted their entrance.
"What are you guys doing out here I have a match" I scolded them, it took no time for kofi to reply
"Well y/n we have a little proposition for you" before I could ask what he meant Xavier started talking
"Ya see we are in need of a new meme we of the new day and we've been researching possible partners and you seem to be the best option for us"
I stood in the middle of the ring looking at them rather confused as I pondered their offer, within 10 minutes I had made my final decision as I lifted the microphone back up to my lips to talk again
"Ok, I accept, I'll join the new day" as soon as I said that big e , Xavier and kofi looked rather happy with themselves and the crowd stared cheering, so I got out of the ring and walked up the ramp to meet them, which resulted in a rather cozy group hug which ended in big e saying those famous words
"Y/n joined our group BECAUSE new day rocks, new day rocks" as we all made our way backstage as a new tag team and new best friends
