I sat on the bar stool, the strobe lights blinding me for a moment as I sipped your drink. I squinted my eyes as they finally stopped and looked around, I were all alone since I really wanted to go out but my friends rather stayed at home to watch some stupid movie didn't stop me from going. A sigh rolls off of my lips as my eyes wandered off again, I mean, what else could I do right now? I already danced most of the night away and it was already way past midnight.

A couple drinks later, a man with sunglasses on and a jacket fold over his arm walks towards the bar, who in the world wears sunglasses in a club? 'David Bowie of course,' I thought and chuckled to yourself. I stared without even noticing it, something about him made me curious and I was wondering if I maybe knew him. The man talked to the barista, I tried to listen to their conversation and to hear his voice but the music was too laoud and I frightend that it might costed me my hearing. I leant a little more forward to the back of the barista and was now dangerously close, what was I doing? The dark sunglasses of the man seemed to slip to the tip of his nose and I catched a glimps of his eyes, my heart skipped.

The white blouse, the suspenders, the head of blonde curls and his eyes, his damn eyes; it all made sense at once. He seemed to catch my stare as the barista gave him his drink and his mouthcorner curled up. He paid before backing away and breaking eye contact with me. I slowly backed up onto my stool and covered my mouth, in case I started drooling. 'I just, he is, we had, David Bowie? What?' My mind was melted into a slimey goup with no chance of thinking straight. I nervously finished my drink as I kept looking around and stood up. I had to do something, I couldn't just do nothing.

I walked around the place and squeezed pass raving people until I got room to breathe again. This place was so big, how could I possibly find him again? Until I saw him standing there in the corner, cooly leaning against it. His sunglasses were gone now and now I knew it for sure. I took a deep breath before making my way to him, before I knew it I was just inches away from him.

I cracked a smile before he saw me, he smiled at me too as I walked up to him. Before I got a chance to even inhale to speak he opened up his mouth. "You're the gazing lady, back at the bar right?" He asked with a slight shrug of his shoulders. "Hi, uhm, yes Hello. I thought, I mean, I didn't mean to be rude I just thought," ", I knew you." He finished my sentence to my surprise. He saw my expression and how my cheeks blushed in the bare light. "I hear that quite often." He smiled friendly before he stretched his arm to shake my hand. "Sorry I'm joking with you, nice to meet you; I'm David."

I smiled as I shook his hand. "Nice to meet you too, David, my name is Jordan." "Jordan, what a lovely name." I smile as he sips from his glass. His hand let go of mine. "So, Jordan, what are you doing here all alone?" He asked with a friendly gaze. "Well my friends didn't want to go so I went alone but I always meet people and spend the night with them." I looked around befote back at him, still kind of overwelmed that the was actually there in front of me but I didn't show it. I crossed my arms across my chest as We just stared at each other. "That is lovely, I tend to go out by myself a lot too," David said as he pushed his hair back and finished his drink before he spoke again. "But yea, maybe we both won't be alone anymore." He said with a grin.

I felt my blood rush through my veins and I could do nothing more than look at him and smile, not because of the nerves but because happiness. I knew he was a kind person but I never expected him to stick with me and actually have a talk with me but unfortunately it didn't last long, a man with broad shoulders approached us and nudged David before he whispered something to him, the man nodded and David sighed.

He turned back to me and put hid hand on my shoulder. "I apologise Jordan, but sadly I have to go somewhere to do something for someone," he chuckled as I softly giggled. "Would you mind if I gave you my phone number? I would like to continue this night another time when I'm around." He gently patted my shoulder as I began to blush again, it's like he wanted it. "I'd like that too, very much David. And it is okay, I have loads of time on my hands now." He smiled as he nodded and fished a piece of paper and the man with the broad shoulders handed him a pen to write with.

David handed me the paper and I held on tightly to it before he backed up. "Goodbye Jordan, I hope we get to see each other again, O liked our talk." I seemed to forgot how to speak as I just nodded and smiled. "Alright, goodbye." He picked up my hand before pecking the top of my hand. David winked one last time before he walked away with the man, through a door and then..he was gone. I stared at the wall where he used to stand for a moment before looking down at the paper.

His number was written down in the corner with a small scribble of words underneath it I couldn't figure out until later. I already kicked out my shoes and was cuddled up in my bed as I looked back down at the note again. 'Call me whenever' His autograph and his full name with a smiley face.
