Another day at work

Camden's POV

I whipped my tears away and put a smile on my face.

I walked to his table and asked him for his order. He smiled and said "A black coffee please." I nodded and asked "Will that be all Mendes?" He nodded and said "Yes thank you."

I nodded and walked away. I could tell he was watching me I turned to face him and he quickly looked down.

I giggled a little and got his coffee.

As I poured it another boy came in he went to my school I believe.

He looked at me licked his lips and said "Hey gorgeous, what's your name?"

I could tell he was a fuck boy so I just said "How about we just stay at the state were at. I don't know your name,nor do I care too, and you don't know mine. Now what would you like?"

He looked at me then said "Oh, playing hard to get ok. I'll just call you gorgeous. And I would like your number?"

I rolled my eyes walking away saying "I have people that actually need my attention, sorry."

He just laughed and said "Uh huh, ok well I know what I want now." I then looked at one of the other waitresses and said "Stacey can you take care of this young man, please?"

She smiled and said "Gladly." She blushed a little and said "What would you like?"

I walked back over to Shawn and said "Would you like a refill of coffee?" He replied with a smile "Yes and I would also like a chocolate chip muffin please."

I smirked and said "Okay muffin boy." He giggled and said "Thank you Ms. Mercy."

I nodded and grabbed his muffin. I warmed it and took it to him.

The boy and Stacey were talking at the counter. She's so dumb. He just wants to get into her pants.

I handed Mr. Mendes his muffin. He thanked me.

I looked at the time and it was time for me to clock out. Shawn was cleaning up his things starting to leave. I grabbed my bag and sweater.

Shawn and I walked out at the same time.

He looked at me and said "Want a ride?" I smirked and said "I'm fine walking." He then said "Please I really don't mind."
