It's about Mitch being the new kid, typical, right? The twist is that Mitch isn't "normal". He likes skirts, dresses, high heels, and makeup. He doesn't fit the stereotype of a boy.
The story is about Mitch posing as a girl in order to be accepted and a certain jock named Scott knows that something is up with the new "girl". He's going to find out exactly what that thing is.
