A/N: OKAY SO I WAS INSPIRED TO WRITE THIS BY THE SONG 'EVANESCENCE-GOING UNDER' AND I KNOW THIS ISNT THE STORY LINE OF THE SONG BUT WHEN I WAS USING THE LYRICS AS SOME OF THE THINGS THEY SAID THIS IS JUST HOW IT ENDED UP OKAII ILY SO THE SONG WILL BE IN THE SIDE BAR, IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO LISTEN TO THE SONG WHILST READING IT. ~Leah
You turned around and looked Calum in the eyes "Calum im Leaving, Im going back to England" Calum stood there frozen "What? Why?" his facial expression went from sad to Angry.
"You cant just tell me you love me and be with me for 2 years then suddenly leave me for no apperent reason" he snapped.
You and Calum had been together for 2 years like he said but you just had to leave.
"Now i will telll you what i've done for you. 50 thousand tears i've cried. Screming, deceiveing and bleeding for you and still you dont hear me. Im going under Calum" you said holding your tears back. Calum looked at you confused and you shook your head.
"I don't want your hand this time, I'll save myself. Maybe I'll wake up for once. Not tormented daily, defeated by you Just when I thought, I reached the bottom" you said with you're voice cracking near the end.
"I'm sorry (Y/N) i will change my ways i promise, instead of staying out till late i'll come home and cuddle with you i promise" he mumbled with teary eyes.
"Im going under" you mumbled. "What do you mean?" he questioned, "im starting to feel like i dont exsist and everyone always ignores me" you sigh
then before he knew it you had left but what he didnt know was that you wasn't really going back to England you had to go to hospital.
He ran out of your shared house and shouted after you and all you shouted back was "I'm dying again, I'm going under. Drowning in you, I'm falling forever. I've got to break through, I'm going under" you kept repeating the words 'I'm going under in hope that it would get stuck in Calums head, how you felt.
When you said you were dying again Calum didn't take it that way he thought that was just how you felt but as a matter of fact you had become diagnosed with cancer again.
You text calum one last time
To The most amzingest boyfriend:- Blurring and stirring the truth and the lies. So I don't know what's real and what's not. Always confusing the thoughts in my head.
and then you switched your phone of. As you walked into the hospital you collapsed in the enterance and you dropped your phone on the floor.
The next thing you knew you had woken up in a hospital room but your stomach hurt like mad. it felt as if it had been cut open and stitched back together.
and you wasn't wrong it had been. The nurse walked into your room with a half smile face. "How are you feeling?" She beemed.
"Um..Fine, i guess except my stomach hurts like mad, would you care to explain why i have stitches?" you asked politley.
"oh um well this is where the bad news comes in, we found your phone on the floor and when we unlocked your phone we rang the first person on your contacts and it must have been your boyfrien-"
"Not to be rude or anything but please could you cut to the point?" you said getting impatient
"You're boyfriend donated his heart to you, you've had an heart transplant because if he didn't do that for you, you wouldnt have made it. im sorry miss" she said with sympathey spread across her face.
you felt as if your heart rate had slowed down, why would calum do that for you, considering you just left him? you got up from your bed and demanded the nurse to let you see him.
"Miss, he is no longer with us im sorry" she said givig you more sympathy.
you broke down onto the floor and cried.

It was now Calums funerul day. And you stepped forward to the coffin and just stared at his beauty. Luke came up to you and handed you a peice of paper. "Hey um (Y/N) Calum told me you left when he came round to mine, he thought you had left and gone back to England and that was until he got a phone call from the hospital, he didn't want you to die you should have seen him he looked lifeless, and before he sacrafised his life he told me to give you this note" he said trying to hide his tears.
"Thankyou Luke" you said looking at the note. He just nodded and walked away and you opened the folded peice of paper that was labbeled 'my love' as you opened it up you saw Calums neat hand writing as you read it.
"So go on and scream
Scream at me, I'm so far away
I won't be broken again

You can't keep going under"
and those words were all you needed for you to brake down.
That night after the funeruel you climbed into your bed and re-read the note over and over again as you continued to every night, you started to drift off and just before you drifted off everynight you would whisper "I love you Calum" and you swore sometimes you could fainlty hear Calums voice whisper back
"I love you more"
