You and Michael was in his car just driving around just playing the radio and singing to the radio.
"somehow,It's a little different when I'm with you, You know what I really am
All about, You know how it really goes some way, We'll be getting out of this Town one day. You're the only one that I Want with me. You know how the story goes" Michael whispered in your ear
"When it's you and me, We don't need no one to tell us who to be, We'll keep turning up the radio. What if you and I Just put up a middle finger to the sky Let 'em know that we're still rock 'n roll" you whispered back.
You both started laughing.
Michael had developed a huge crush on you but you never noticed. You always saw him flirt with other girls that you never actually realised he was just doing it to make you jealous.
Michaels friend had recently passed away, that's why you two was driving around in his car. Because he was upset and he asked you to hang out with him to cheer him up.
"My life is a complete disaster, Call it a bad attitude dude but I'm never gunna cover up that tattoo. I just have a couple issues" he sighed. "Me too" you whispered.
"Dont care about a bad reputation because we Must be living in the wrong generation" he laughed. "Lets get wasted" you laughed back.
Michael went and bought alot of vodka for you two as you sat in the car and drank all your problems away. But that's when Michael confessed his feelings, he can never help but let everything out when he is drunk.
But the next morning you had forgot everything and Michael had to carry on as if he had no feeling for you which tore him apart more and more each day.
If only you knew how much you meant to him, maybe then he would be the happiest guy to walk the planet but until then he had to act like a best friend.
"Who knows maybe i'll always be friendzoned" he muttered to himself
