Chapter 28: Family business?

Ashley's p.o.v

Since it's almost summer and then we'll be leaving for college, I decided to find myself a part time job because I definitely needed to save up money.

'Why don't you work at Lucas' restaurant?' Val proposed.

'Lucas has a restaurant now?' I asked.

'Yeah at the beach, next to the hotel' He answered.

'That's great! I'll ask him if I can' I said excited.

'Come on then I'll take you' he said as he dragged me out of the house.

Sarah's p.o.v

I've spent the whole day with Tyler, I think I needed some alone time with him. We were currently leaving the restaurant before tyler suddenly stopped walking and pulled me backwards.
'What's wrong?' I said but he placed his finger on my lips as I rolled my eyes. I looked where he was looking and saw a tall brunette getting in a car.

He walked fast to his car dragging me with him, before we both got in. He started driving, and I noticed he was following that girl we saw.

'What are you doing what's wrong?' I asked.

'Its April jones, I need to follow her' he replied fast.

'Is it safe?' I asked again.

'You're safe with me' he answered as I internally fangirled. Ugh, I was such a girl.

Tyler continued following her until she finally stopped to a hotel, he wrote down the name of the hotel before he drove me back home.

He called Dylan to inform him where April was staying, and apparently the gang was gonna meet up at Val's.

'Tyler please be careful and don't do anything stupid' I told him as he nodded smirking. 'Promise me you won't get yourself hurt' I raised me eyebrows.

'Babe, it's you I'm worried about, not me, you relax cause tomorrow you have an important operation' he replied.

'Im scared' I said honestly.

'You don't have to be scared anymore, you'll be cured, I promise, just never give up' he smiled.

'Never give up? What you're John cena now?' I laughed.

'Shut up' he said before crashing his lips into mine.

Ashley's p.o.v

I went at Lucas's restaurant and he was nice enough to give me the job, I was gonna be a waitress, and to my surprise Lucas said tyler and Dylan are going to work here too.

Suddenly he got a phone call from Dylan, saying to meet up at our house, so Lucas and I went home.

As soon as we walked in we felt the tension.

'Guys this is crazy, you're gonna show up at April's hotel? Seriously? And what if she calls the cops?' I tried reasoning with them.

'No ash, she would never do that, cause she's just as guilty' max sighed.

'Don't you ash her' Dylan rasped.

'Chill' max said as he raised his hands up in defense.

'Don't tell me what to do' Dylan sassed as I rolled my eyes.

'Kids' Lucas said shaking his head disapprovingly as I laughed.

'I don't think we should do the first move tonight' Val started.

'Why not?' Dylan asked.

'Because ashley is right, we're not gonna show up at the hotel' Val continued.

'Ashley can I talk with you for a minute?' Dylan asked.

'Sure' I answered as we went to my room, If looks could kill, Val would have ended Dylan's life.

'What's up?' I asked him.

'There's something up with you and max, it's obvious' Dylan went straight to the point.

'What? No, what the hell is wrong with you? Of course not' I snapped.

'Ive seen the way he looks at you' he muttered.

'So what if he likes me?' I raised my eyebrows.

'Well he can't like you, because you're mine' he answered.

'Dylan, I don't like him back, don't worry' I assured him.

'He's pissing me off ashley, I feel like breaking his head' Dylan spoke.

'Dylan, relax just ignore him' I told him.

'Don't tell me to relax' he rasped.

I got closer to him as I wrapped my arms around his neck.

'It's you I want, you jealous idiot' I whispered as he smirked.

'Of course you do' he was about to kiss me when I pulled back.

'But remember, I'm yours and you're mine, understand?' I informed him before he nodded smirking.

'You've had me whipped' Dylan confessed chuckling.

'I love you' the words escaped my mouth, but I meant it.

'I love you too' he answered looking into my eyes.

He rubbed my shoulders with both his hands as I felt myself shiver at his touch, Dylan was not gonna let it go unnoticed.

'Did you just shiver?' He asked with that glorious smirk of his.

'Well I'm cold' I lied, lame ass excuses.

'Its like forty degrees out there' his smirk grew wider.

'Just shut up and kiss me will you?' I felt my cheeks turn pink.

'You want me to kiss you?' He teased.

'You know what? No I don't want to anymore' I said. He wanted to tease me? Cool, both can play at that game. I was about to leave when he turned me around.

'Nope' I smirked placing both my hands on his chest. He held both my hands down as he kissed me.

'I always get what I want' he whispered as his voice sent shivers down my spine.

'Shut up' I rolled my eyes.

'What? You can't handle it? Am I turning you on carter?' He smirked.

'I hate it how you make me feel all girly girl, shut up would you?' I snapped as he chuckled.

'You hate not being in control don't you?' He was pushing it.

'I am in control, in fact, you best stop calling me out' I threatened.

'What will you do?' He provoked.

'You don't wanna know' I answered.

'I like it when you start threatening me' he retorted but I interrupted him with a kiss. 'Damn' he smirked.
