"Anybody wanna hear about my night last night?" Stella asked as she walked into the common room, everybody looking at her, intrigued.
"Go on." Otis encouraged.
"KELLY AND I GOT ENGAGED!!"
"What?!" "Congrats!!" "Holy crap!"
"Oh my God!" Everybody reacted."Where's Kelly?" Matt asked Stella after everybody calmed down a bit.
"With Mouch and Chief, taking care of all the paperwork and insurance and retirement stuff that needs changed."
"What's Hannah think about it?" Gabby asked.
"She loves it. She made me the best card and necklace. It's in my locker, along with my engagement ring." Stella hinted, making Gabby and Sylvie run to the locker room to see the ring.

"So, we're off shift, Hannah's at school, and we're engaged." Stella told Kelly as they sat down on the couch.
"What were you thinking we should do?" Kelly asked.
"We could plan our wedding... or we could..."
"Wedding planning or sex? Is that even a question?" Kelly laughed. "To the bedroom!"

"That was great." Kelly said as he woke up with his arms around Stella.
"Amazing. God, I love you, Kelly."
"I love you too."
"Okay, we really should start planning the wedding now."
"I guess so." Kelly sighed. "I'll just put it out there, I'm awful at planning stuff. Last year, Hannah's birthday party involved a bunch of 6 year old girls just running around aimlessly because I had nothing planned."
Stella laughed. "Well, we can do this. And if not, we can always make Gabby and Matt do it for us."
Kelly laughed. "Good idea."
"Hey, I can't wedding plan on an empty stomach. You should make some spaghetti for us."
"Stell, it's 10:30 in the morning."
"And?"
They laughed. "Okay, I'll make spaghetti."
They got up, got dressed, and went downstairs to the kitchen. After Kelly made the spaghetti, they sat down to plan and eat.
"So, when should we get married?" Kelly asked, looking at the calendar Stella had placed on the table, along with a notebook, pen, and iPad with Pinterest opened.
"May 20th; the day you asked me on our first date."
"Perfect."
"Okay, so, where at?"
They both thought about it for a few minutes.
"Our spot on Navy Pier? Where I proposed?" Kelly suggested.
"Eh, I don't know. What if it rains? We gotta have it someplace that at least offers shelter from inclement weather."
"This is true. No churches; it's not my thing."
"Agreed. Although, do you realize how expensive places are in Chicago to rent out? And then for the reception? This is going to be so much harder and more expensive than I expected."
"Maybe not."
"What were you thinking?"
"Molly's. We already know it fits everyone we would invite; we've drank with them all there before. Plus, reception is right there. Mouch and Trudy did it, too."
"I like it. I'll ask Herrmann about it on Friday. So, May 20th, that's a Tuesday. Hmm, that won't work. Plus, that's so far off."
"Sooner? I can totally do sooner. December? Is that enough time for you to get a dress? I mean, tuxes and invitations aren't that bad considering our family is basically just the firehouse and your mom and my father."
"New Year's Eve? That'd be really fun, actually. Everybody is drinking and partying anyway."
"I like that. So, New Year's Eve at Molly's. We've planned enough for today, I think. We can do invitations tomorrow."
"Sounds good."
