Chapter 5

I can't believe it. We actually got hired. As soon as we got hired, Dave, our manager gave us a whole tour of the place. There were 3 main people in the FBI department, each having their own group of people. Ella and I were in Dave's group and according to him we were the best in his group.

It seems the first case he got he would give it to us.

Since Dave trusted us so much we each got a watch. And no it wasn't a normal watch, it was the special FBI watch, where in we could call anyone from the FBI to help us when we're fighting someone or anything. We each also got a keypad. The keypad was basically where you type in our names and a security code and we could enter the official FBI head quarter, where basically everything happens.

This place is so amazing!!

"Alex and Ella, Dave's calling you" Darcy says as she sees us passing by the front desk.

"Oh. Okay we'll be right there" Ella says.

As we walk through the hallways we final reach the place, the place where everything happens, the place where our lives might change.

"This is the first time we use it. May the odds be ever in our favor." I say and we type in our names and the security code into the small keypad we have and the automatic doors open, revealing a place which is just so........white.

White furniture, white walls, people dressed in white and then we have us in black.

"Oh girls you're here" Dave says while reading something on his clip board.

"Yeah. Is something wrong?" I ask as we follow him towards his office.

"I have a case for you."

I was really happy I could talk to Liam last night. It felt like a huge burden being lifted off of my shoulders. I really needed someone telling me I was not a stupid psycho. After what he said I was too hoping this girl would leave my mind. But she didn't.

Later that night, Liam sent us a text with an address saying that we had to be there today. We all decided to car pool, and with my great luck it was my turn to pick up everyone. Luckily, all of us lived really close by to each other, so we could get there easily.

"Hey" Harry said interrupting my thoughts.

"Hey."

"Do you have any idea why we're going to a FBI headquarter?"

"I told you someone's trying to destroy us." Louis says......... wait a minute where did he come from.

"Louis shut up!" Liam says............ where did he come from now??

I guess I was just lost in my thoughts for a long time to barely even notice the lads.

"Where's Zayn?" I ask.

"Niall, I've been here all along. How can you not notice me?" Zayn says faking a tear.

Okay I was officially so lost that all of the lads reached here and I barely noticed.

Right now the song 'One Thing' would really go for the girl stuck in my head and doesn't want to get out.

Get out, Get out, Get out of my head!

See!! Fits perfectly.

"What if we're going to get killed?" Louis asks for the millionth time.

"Louis, shut up!" Zayn says.

During the car journey Louis had come up with so many scenarios as to why we were going to the FBI headquarter. He even came up with one where we might get kidnapped and to protect us we would be shipped to a deserted island.

"It doesn't affect him when you tell him to shut up!" Harry says.

"Obviously it doesn't. You guys should know by now. I'm disappointed." Louis says.

We finally reached, I was relieved. Enough of Louis assumptions, I can finally know why we're here.

"Yes we're here!" I say and get out of the car as quick as I could. Since I was sitting in the middle I had to go over harry to get out of the car, which wasn't such a great idea as I tripped when I got out.

"It's okay. I'm alright. I'm alright" I say getting up pretending nothing ever happened.

"And you guys say I'm clumsy" Louis scoffs and walks past me.

"I was trying to get away from you" I say putting my hand around his shoulder.

"I'm hurt Nialler." Louis says faking a tear.

"Just kidding. Love you bro!" I say.

"Yeah, yeah whatever" Louis says and we all walk inside to see Paul waiting for us.

"Hey Paul" Liam says.

"Hey guys c'mon we gotta go"

"Why are we here?" Zayn asks.

"You'll see"

We walk through the place and it seems so fancy. We could see this place where people were practicing their routines.

This place is like a maze. There are so many hallways and after almost like a million of them we were in front of a door. We entered it to see a man around his mid-thirties.

"Hello boys good to see you. I'm Dave" he stands up and shakes each one of our hands.

"I'm sure you all want to know why you're here" he says and we all mumble a yes.

"Ok long story short: someone's out to destroy you guys." Dave says.

"Ha I was right" Louis says

"Louis this is no time for jokes" Paul says and Louis suddenly seems interested in his shoes.

"What do you mean by someone's going to destroy us?" Liam asks.

"Since you guys have a lot of fame and money, people are out to destroy you. Someone sent the FBI headquarter a video where it said that One Direction better watch out because we're out to destroy you. We as the FBI people have received many videos like this and know how to deal with it."

"How are we going to deal with this?" Harry asks.

"We're going to send you two girls with you everywhere you go. They will be with Paul and they're the best in the squad so need not worry." Dave says.

"Okay cool can we meet them" Louis says.

"Yeah just one minute" Dave says and picks up the phone to talk to someone. "They will be here shortly."

We were all lost in our thoughts about this situation. How were we going to deal with this? What if one of us get injured? What if-

"Oh there you are!" Dave says interrupting my thoughts and walking towards the door to greet someone.

"Where's Ella?" Dave asks and I think she replies something that I couldn't hear because my back was faced to them and I didn't want it to look like I was eavesdropping.

Niall Horan is a good boy.

"Boys this is Alexis Kinley. She will be one of the girls with you." Dave says and I turn around to see who the girl was.

And believe it or not...........

 It was her.
