Chapter 2

~Harry Styles~

"Hey lad" I say walking in into my penthouse. I had just come back from some grocery shopping since we had nothing left in the house..............like nothing, Niall finished everything. Hmm I'm used to it.

"What's the plan for today?" I ask setting the grocery on the kitchen counter.

"I don't know. I think the lads are coming over and we gonna play Mario Cart again." Niall sad looking into the grocery bags for something............interesting I guess.

"Cool" I reply.

We were currently on our break for about 2-3 months. We needed it though it's been really exhausting. It's like we had a photo shoot, interview and concert every freaking day. It was good to be on a break with the lads, we can do whatever we want and no tension about an interview or anything else.

Last week all of us had gone back home to visit our family since we had a break.

"Ahh!!! Louis get out of my track" Zayn exclaimed.

"No can do Malik!" Louis said with a lot of sassiness.

We were currently at my place playing Mario Cart and well all of us lost and Zayn and Louis were playing the final match.

"AHAHHAH I AM THE KING OF MARIO CART. BOW DOWN BEFORE ME." Louis exclaimed standing up so people could bow down to him. I glanced at the screen seeing that he won. Well that explains the king of Mario cart part.

"Hey lads can we go to Nando's for dinner tonight?" Liam asks and we all our heads turn towards him.

"I LOVE YOU!!" Niall says jumping over me to go give Liam a bear hug.

"I don't mind leaving now because Louis is rubbing it in that he won. So let's move it." Zayn says pointing at Louis.

"But what if we get mobbed?" I ask because I seriously don't wanna go through that.

"Styles.............that's what disguises are for." Niall says holding up sunglasses and a fake moustache.

As we entered Nando's all eyes were on us. Okay I agree we look weird with sunglass and moustaches but hey! No need to be mean. As we were being walked to our table we passed two young girls taking glances at us while we were passing their tables, most probably making fun if us. I heard one of them say we look mysterious! Huh! Mysterious my ass. If they know who we were they'd probably freak out like all other girls.

"Here's your table. Your server will be with you shortly" the waiter said leaving us at our table.

"I've decided Harry." Zayn said as we all sat.

"Decided what?" I say looking at the lads expression to see all of them smirking, except for Niall. He was too busy with the menu to even know what's happening.

"The girl you have to use that pick-up line on." I groaned. Uhhh!!! Yesterday Zayn, Louis and I had an argument about who could pick-up girls better. Now obviously I said I could and Zayn challenged me that I had to pick-up any girl he wanted me too. 

"Do I have to? Looking like this" I say glancing at my outfit.

"A deal's a deal mate" Louis said.

"Fine. Which one?" I ask.

"That one" Louis says pointing at the two girls who called us mysterious, still can't get over that.

"Any one of them?"

"No. the one with the black hair." Zayn says.

"Can I add something?" Liam asks and we all nod. "Use the interior designer pick-up line"

"Uhh!! C'mon lads don't be mean"

"Get going" Louis said.

This is so embarrassing!! Going to hit on a girl I barely even know with a fake moustache and sunglasses. WOW! Life is awesome.

"Hello there beautiful" I say my casual normal greeting and I wanted to tell her that I had a great fashion sense. Her friend had left us to have some privacy. "Just to let you know I have a great fashion sense." What happened to being indirect!!

"I'm Harry by the way" I say holding out my hand for her to shake.

"Ella" she says with a small smile. No hand shake...okay.

"Are you an interior designer?" I ask.

"What?"

Here we go. This is the moment I officially embarrass myself because of the lads. I mean c'mon who uses the interior designer pick-up line anymore. The rejection part of this is gonna be so awkward.

"Because when I saw you the entire room became beautiful" I said looking into her eyes waiting for her reaction and that was the time she started laughing so loudly which caused the lads to look in our direction.

"That is the lamest pick-up line I've ever heard and trust me I've heard a lot." She says.

"Well I try my best" I say trying not to sound embarrassed.

"Anyway bye Harry I need to get going and your friends are probably waiting for you." She says standing up.

"Bye Ella!" I say waving. As soon as she leaves the place I run up to the lads ready to kill them. That was just way too embarrassing for me.

"I hate you" I say through my gritted teeth as I sit down.

"Little Harry just got himself embarrassed. How does that feel?" Niall asked.

"Horrible all because of these people." I say pointing to everyone except Niall.

"We love you too Harry" Louis says and I stick my tongue out in return.

~Niall Horan~

I was too preoccupied in my thoughts to even bother listening what the lads were saying. Although I knew it was about Harry having to use some lame pick-up line on a girl. And that was something I wanted to see.

Okay. Push aside the thoughts, get the popcorn, c'mon let's watch a movie!

I saw Harry walking over to a table where there were two girls. One of them got up, I guess to give them some privacy. She passed our table before heading out and she gave me a small smile, most probably noticing that I was staring at her like some creepy stalker.

And let me tell you one thing. She was beautiful.

She had wavy brown hair which faded into a dirty blonde at the bottom. She had a fair complexion and eyes which were just...........breathtaking.

I watched her walk away. Even though I had just seen her, for like 2 seconds, something about her grabbed my attention.

And for the rest of the night the thought of her popped into my mind................a lot.
