Chapter 44: Remember That Night?

*Garroth's POV*

"So...you never finished your train of thought earlier," I smirked, pulling Laurance's head down a little. "What were you going to ask?"

Laurance blushed slightly, pulling his head away from me. "Oh, I don't remember exactly what I was going to say. Guess it must've been unimportant."

"Don't do this to me, Laurance," I pouted, clutching his shoulders. "What were you gonna ask?"

"Like I said, Love, it don't matter," he leaned down, giving me a small kiss. "For now, let's just enjoy this dance, eh?"

I sighed, giving up. I moved my hands back around his neck, once again pulling it down to mine. I giggled a little, as we just swayed back and forth for a minute or two, until the song ended. I smiled up at Laurance, loving every bit of this. I am so freaking in love with this man. I literally cannot find the right words to explain how I feel around him. ♡

"Kawaii~Chan is sorry to interrupt, but she needs to ask Garroth~Kun and Laurance~Kun a question!"

I sighed once again, a bit annoyed with being constantly interrupted. But, I'm a good person, so I'm not going to complain...verbally. Mentally though...that's a different story. Why do I have to be nice? It sucks sometimes.

"Yes, KC, what's up?" I smiled letting go of Laurance.

I could tell he was just as upset, as I was. But, he wouldn't complain either. Kawaii~Chan shifted in place, blushing slightly. She held her hands in front of her, her tail curling around her legs.

"Well, uh, Kawaii~Chan j-just wants to know if she c-can, uh..," she bit her nails, shifting her gaze to the ground. "You know what? I-It doesn't matter. Kawaii~Chan is sorry for interrupting..."

"No, Kawaii~Chan, it's chill," Laurance chuckled, resting his arm on my shoulder. "What's up?"

"Uh, w-well, Kawaii~Chan..um..."

"Kawaii~Chan, I told you to leave them alone!" Aphmau stormed over, crossing her arms.

She quiety huffed, as Kawaii~Chan scratched the back of her head. Aphmau moved her arms to her hips, shaking her head at Kawaii~Chan. KC just stood there, glancing at Laurance and I with stars glimmering in her eyes...I swear if this has to deal with her "shipping" thing...

"But, Aphmau~Senpai!" Kawaii~Chan whined. "Kawaii~Chan has to know if they remember~!"

"Wait, remember what?" I interrupted, confused with the situation at hand. What on Earth were these girls talking about?

"Oh, Garroth~Kun, don't you remember that night?" Kawaii~Chan turned her attention fully on me, clasping her hands together.

"You gotta be more specific here, KC. Give me the details; what night?"

"Kawaii~Chan, neither of them remember, obviously. If they did, they probably would've gotten together sooner."

"Ladies," Laurance intervened, just as confused as I was. "What. Are. You. Talking. About?"

Kawaii~Chan completely ignored him, and continued to squabble with Aphmau. "Aren't they cute, Aphmau~Senpai?"

Aphmau nodded, agreeing, "yeah, they are, but what does that have to do with our conversation? You're just changing the topic-"
