The glass door of the flower shop opened, the small bell above it ringing alerting Tyler to another customer.

"Hi welcome to Laura's Lovely Floristry how can I help you?" Tyler smiled at the man in front of him who seemed flustered.

"I'm asking my girlfriend to marry me and I was wondering if you knew any flowers that would send the right message." The man said and Tyler nodded.

"Of course. Josh come here for a moment!" Tyler called his lover from the other room where he was tending flowers.

"Yeah?" Josh asked and smiled at the customer.

"He wants something that symbolizes true and everlasting love, any flower ideas?" Tyler asked and watched Josh as he was lost in thought for a moment.

"Red roses, arbutus, and aster flowers. They all represent love and the arbutus flower is associated with marriage." Josh said walking around the room and beginning to snip the correct flowers before bundling them up in sparkly tissue paper.

"Thank you guy so much." The man said happily before paying them, putting a tip in the jar.

"Come again!" Both boys said as the man walked out the door.

"You're so gifted with flowers." Tyler said hovering behind his boyfriend as he put on some rubber gloves before picking up the spritzer bottle.

"I love flowers. They're the one thing I wish we had in the ocean that's on land." Josh sighed as he began spritzing the flowers with a light mist, the droplets forming and slowly dripping down the petals.

"Oh and you don't wish I was in the ocean?" Tyler teased as he kisses Josh's temple.

"Not after that hospital scare last time, no I do not." Josh teased back and finished spritzing (that's such a fun word) the flowers.

Tyler had come home from the hospital a few days ago and Josh had begged him to steer clear of the ocean for a while, even if Josh was going to see his family.

Tyler was stubborn and of course fought the red head on this, but eventually lost because Tyler knew he was right. Besides the ocean would always be there, he lived there now of course.

The bell rang and the brunette turned towards the door.

"Hey guys!" Tyler smiled as he saw Mark and Brendon come inside.

"Hey Tyler! Where's fishboy?" Brendon joked.

"Right here beebo." Josh grinned and greeted him with a hug. Over the summer they had all become fairly close. "Do you guys really have to leave?"

"Yeah, school starts back in a week so we have to go get set up." Mark said and sighed. "We'll definitely come and visit though." He promised.
