Joey said that she was going to take me to a movie since she had a day off today. I sat and waited happily as she went to her chamber to change her wardrobe.

I played with the microwavy in my lap. We have never built such machinery on my planet.

She came back downstairs wearing a T-shirt, shorts and some kind of scarf around her head.

"What's that on your head?" I asked.

"It's a headwrap."

"I thought scarves were supposed to go around your neck. For what reason do you need it around your head?"

"To keep my hair neat and to decorate my hair."

"I think you look very appealing with that on"

"Thank you" she flashed a smile.

Joey walked down the steps and I flew down. "V!" She exclaimed. "You can't do that! Someone will see you!"

"What's wrong with someone seeing me?"

"Not all humans are as... Accepting as I am. So, don't do any weird stuff in public."

"OK" I nodded.

She held my hand as we walked to the "bus stop."

"When will the source of transportation be arriving?"

"You talk so weird" she laughed.

"Come again?"

"Nothing. It should be here any second now." She looked down the road. "Oh, here it is now."

A large piece of machinery pulled up in front of us. It's mouth opened and Joey stepped inside it without hesitation.

"Joey! Get back it eats beings!" I snatched her back.

"V! It's okay. It's not going to eat me. Cmon." I followed her onto the thing.

She swiped a card and the machine beeped. "Here, swipe it" she said handing me her card.

There was a person sitting behind the steering wheel, he looked over at me and watched as I swiped the bus card.
I followed her to a seat. She sat down but there was no space for me. Someone was already sitting there next to her. She pointed to a seat in the back of the bus. "Sit back there."

I sat down next to a female and her offspring. The small human climb all over it's mother's lap, making weird and cute noises.

"Hello" I waved to it. It put it's fingers in it's mouth and smiled.

"Gagiboobabrrr" it said, saliva rolling off it's lips.

"Sorry but could you repeat that? I could not comprehend"

"Googoobrr" it spat.

"What language do you speak?"

"Gagigoooo" it laughed, smacking it's tiny hand on my thigh.

"Out of the hundreds of languages I know, I do not know yours."

It made a face.

"Babiboo"

"What planet are you from?"

It laughed, showing it's pink gums and nonexistent teeth.

"Fafa!"

"I've never heard of that planet"

"Bagigoo!" It cooed.

"You're from Bajio? But, that planet is covered with volcanoes and ice. It's impossible for any life source to prosper there."
