I sat with her and we talked all night. Then she got tired, so I sat next to her and held her hand while she slept, because she had talked about being scared. She didn't know what was happening, and now that she knows me more, she felt comfortable with me being here, and I made her feel safe.

At about 9 the next morning, my father came to the hospital. He gently shook me awake.

"Hi." I whispered, and he smiled.

"I brought you some breakfast." He whispered, and I nodded slowly. He helped me to my feet, and we sat at the table in the corner of the room. We ate breakfast together, and then once we were done, Olivia slowly opened her eyes and looked at us.

"Hi." She spoke quietly, and we both smiled.

"Hey, love. How are you feeling?" Dad asked.

"I'm okay. Harper, did you get any sleep?" She asked me, and I nodded.

"Yeah. I got a little. Um, do you two want to be left alone? I can go and call Lark. He had a night mission last night." I spoke, and Olivia shook her head.

"No. Um, Elliot, did you bring the others?" She questioned, and he shook his head.

"No. The older two went to school, and Hazel is with our baby sitter"

"Harper, can you go get her? I want to spend some time with her." Olivia spoke, and I smiled and nodded.

"Of course. I'll be back in awhile. I want to shower."

I drove back to my parent's house and I showered and then waited till Hazel woke up. So I got a chance to call my husband.

"Lark Thompson."

"Harper Thompson." I smiled, and he laughed.

"Hey baby."

"Hi. How was your mission last night?" I questioned.

"It sucked." He groaned.

"Did I wake you up?" I asked, and he shook his head.

"No. I was actually just thinking about you and Tucker." He spoke, and I smiled.

"Well, your son is being hyper. I think it might be the lack of quality sleep." I replied.

"Why didn't you get good sleep?" He questioned.

"My Mom woke up yesterday."

"That is great!" He exclaimed.

"She doesn't remember me and my siblings."

"Oh baby..." He trailed off and I sighed.

"I sat with her for awhile, and we talked. I got to watch her expression and reaction to finding out about Tucker again." I spoke and he sighed.

"I'm still sorry, babe." He spoke, and I shrugged.

"Yeah. So, I think I'll be coming home soon."

"You better! I miss you two. And I want our son to be born here."

"I have 2 months left. I don't think I'll be here that long."

"Well, what are you going to do?"

"I'm going to stay here a bit longer and help take care of the monsters, then I'll come home and get back to Atlanta life."

"Alright. Well, I love you."

"I love you too. I'll call you later."

"Alright, see you soon!"
