Mei stretched her arms and rolled off the bed, she fell onto the floor with a hard thud. She groaned and rolled over facing the ceiling, she'd forgotten that she was sleeping on a bunk bed. She sat and looked around, everyone was still asleep except for for ji dwi. He sat up at the sound of her falling and he just stared at her.
"I- I'm sorry did I wake you? " she asked as she stood up. Ji dwi shook his head, "No I couldn't- never mind. Where are you going? " he said not understanding why he'd almost told Jung that he had trouble sleeping.
"I am going to answer natures call" Mei lied. She was actually going to bath before anybody woke up, it was the only way. Ji dwi nodded and lay back down. Mei left and quickly went to the showers, she stripped down and sighed heavily when she removed the leather band on her chest. She could no longer remove it before sleeping which would make things difficult for her but the situation could not be helped.
As she showered, she thought about ji dwi, she wondered how he would manage in hwarang house without ah ro's stories. There was no way she could sing for him because it would blow her cover but she had to think of something, she couldn't just let him suffer.
After showering and dressing up, Mei snuck back to the room and found ji dwi sitting up in bed.
"That took a while, are you sure its just natures call you answered? " he asked.
