Nine

I woke up smiling, glad I was remembering more and more about my childhood. As I rubbed my eyes, I saw a figure standing at my window, looking at the flowers Will had given me. Will was good that way, when they died he would bring me more. "I wish he would really stop giving you theses, it isn't fair to Kayla...or me." He added the last bit as a final thought, he hadn't thought of before. It took me a moment to realise it was Leo in my room. He turned to look at me and smiled sitting down on my bed putting a hand on my leg.
"Shit Leo you scared me!" he kissed my cheek and looked at my top half. I did a quick look down and was thankful I was wearing a less revealing pyjama top.
"Sorry Amy, hey are you ok? you seem to be covered in bruises." I looked down and he was right, there was a bruise on my arm and one on my chest, two clear hand marks on my wrists where I was held down. As my body slowly woke up I became increasingly aware of how much pain I was in. I smiled at Leo hoping to hide the pain.
"I'm fine Leo, Adrian and Jason have been teaching me some self-defence."
"Well maybe you should start the defence part? If this happens when they are trying not to hurt you, imagine if they tried to hurt you." I smiled as he laughed, but he was right and that scared me, if this is what my brothers could do, what was the angel I was supposed to fight capable of? God knows I can't do that much. Leo pulled me onto his lap giving him more room on my bed. He started making circles in my thigh with his thumb and he left a soft trail of kisses down my neck. I was smiling like crazy when someone knocked on the door. "ignore them, stay here with me" Leo whispered in my ear, his breath hot on my neck. I was about to give in, the person could always come back later. Leo continued to kiss my neck and I let out a sigh of surrender.
"Amy open up!!" Jason started banging on my door louder. I rolled my eyes and got up ignoring Leo's protests.
"Jason? What?" Jason's smiled faded when he saw Leo sitting on my bed without a shirt on, I don't remember him taking that off. I saw the look on his face and suddenly felt very self conscious aware how this must look to my over protective big brother. "He just got here Jas, we were just talking." He ignored me and walked inside.
"Can I talk to her? Alone?" Jason's voice was cold and sharp, something I had never heard from him. Leo got up and pulled his top on, smiling the whole time. He kissed me before leaving waving to Jason. "You need to dump him." I shut the door and crossed my arms ignoring his comment. "Look I need your help." He sat on my bed and smiled, one he quickly wiped away when he saw my glare. "I need help with a girl." This got my attention "She came here the same time as Kayla. Her name is Aura, she is smart and the most beautiful girl in the world....other than my amazing sister of course." He smiled and I couldn't help but return one.
"Ask her out then stupid."
"I....I....don't know." I started laughing "what?"
"Ask her out Jason, she would love to have you. Wait you have had a girlfriend before right?" he shook his head "Oh. MY. God! Age has a new girl every week and you never had one?" He looked at the floor embarrassment all over his face and I stopped laughing. "Look Jas, just ask her out, trust me." He nodded and ran out

I spent the day in my room talking to Amber online, she was excited to see me tonight. Will had organised a horror movie session. She said she had big news but wanted to wait to tell me in person. I shut off my laptop to get ready just as Adrian walked in. "Don't you knock?" He laughed and shook his head.
"Not it my baby sisters room, It's not like you and Leo do anything besides you would tell me if you weren't decent." He laughed more and I rolled my eyes. "Anyway you hear Jason got himself a girlfriend?" I smiled, that means Aura said yes
"Yeah he told me before he asked her out."
"Funny I always thought he was gay." He leaned against the wall. "I'm gonna find this girl and find out what's wrong with her, she's blond apparently, that's a start.
"Jason's happy Age, leave him alone." Adrian smirked and I knew I wasn't going to like the response.
"I'm his brother Amy, it's my job to give him shit when he gets a girlfriend. Same goes for you. When you get a boyfriend I like I mean." I glared at him and he shrugged "Sorry Amy I just don't like Leo."
