Forgotten Identity

Ten

Standing outside Will's room I could hear murmurs before I knocked. Will opened it laughing "Amy you're late. It's about time" I pushed past him walking inside

"It takes time to look this good William" He rolled his eyes just as I sat down against the bed next to Leo who put his arm around me as Will took his place next to Kayla. On the other bed was Jason and I assumed the girl sitting next to him was Aura. Jason and Adrian's descriptions of her didn't do her justice. She was beautiful. She was blond, but not a trashy blond her hair was almost gold in colour and it sat on her shoulders in almost perfect ringlets. It was like a sea of gold flowing from her head. Her face looked like a dolls, someone had taken a cloud and drawn a face on it, and her skin looked so smooth. I decided I needed to talk to her later. I did another scan of the room and saw Adrian sitting down with Amber cuddled up to him. Amber smiled and mouthed "surprise; last week" making me smile.
"Alright, time to start the movies." Will turned off the lights and 'Nightmare on Elm Street' started playing. I snuggled closer to Leo.
About half way through our third movie I started falling asleep. As I watched the third stupid girl scream and die I found Leo's lap more and more comfortable as my eye lids became heavier.

I woke the next morning in my bed. One of the boys must have taken me because I don't remember leaving Will's room. Just I was waking up I heard my phone start vibrating. I picked it up cursing whoever was texting me so early in the morning 'Amy come to the pools, meet my girl! xo Jason" I sighed ready to kill him, I looked at the time and jumped it was noon, shit~ I slept all morning. I got out of bed quickly getting dressed to meet Aura the only person other than me and Adrian to make Jason smile like an idiot.

"Jas!" I saw him and smiled they were already in the pool. I waved and dived in swimming over to him.
"Hey Am." He smiled and pointed to a shadow coming towards us under the water. "This is Aura." On cue she came up and smiled.
"You must be Amy; I'm please to finally meet you. Jason talked about you all the time. It's safe to say you are way pretty then he said." I smiled, she obviously didn't know about the brother sister thing from the way she was standing protectively next to Jason, and so I needed to watch my mouth. Jason would tell her when he was ready
"I can say the same about you. Adrian and Jason are my best friends, I'm glad Jas finally found someone to make him happy. You're a beautiful girl, I would watch out for Adrian." She just laughed waving a hand as if to dismiss my words.
"Already met him, he was a flirt but what can I say, I'm Jason's girl." We all smiled and I turned to Jason.
"I hope you don't mind I asked Leo to come as well." He shrugged and Aura looked at me.
"Leo who?"
"Leo Stevenson, my boyfriend."
"Oh wow, I used to know him, lived next door till we were ten." Just then we heard a splash and saw Leo swim over to us.
"Aura??" She smiled and they hugged laughing and joking around. "Small world." Just then Jason came back over and wrapped and arm round Aura's waist obviously telling Leo to back off. "Wait you two are dating?" Jason let Aura go and stood a little in front of her, they both nodded. "Funny I thought he was gay." He laughed and Jason and I both shot him dirty looks
"I thought you were an ass.....wait no I'm right you are an ass." Just then Leo snapped and jumped on Jason, pushing him into the pool wall punching him. They both threw punch after punch, kicking doing whatever they could to hurt the other person. It took me what felt like hours to pry them apart. Leo had a blood nose and lip while Jason had the start of a wicked black eye and was rubbing his neck.
"Leo let me clean you up, you can tell me why you're here at the same time." Aura helped Leo out of the pool and they walked off. Jason climbed out of the pool and I followed grabbing our towels. Jason was shaking, I wrapped a towel round his shoulders and sat next to him putting my hand on his arm. "Calm down." he looked at me, I could see he was about to cry, I ran my hand through his hair holding him trying to calm him down. After a while he spoke, his voice a mere whisper. "I'm not gay Amy."
"I know Jason, just ignore him."
"Hey Jas, what ya do? Dream 'bout Freddy again?" Adrian walked over to us sitting on Jason's other side.
"Not now Age, Jason just got into a fight with Leo." Adrian looked at Jason's eye and slapped him gently on the back.
"Good on you Jas, what did he do? Pressure Amy? Hit on Aura? Hurt Amy? Touch Amy?"
"Called me gay." Jason was blunt, I could tell this was the last think he wanted Adrian to know.
"That's it? Dude come on, he's a dickhead ignore him." I looked up at them.
"That's my boyfriend, wanna watch it?" they both ignored me
"He's a manwhore he's a fuckhead, screw him Jason." I got up grabbing my stuff and stormed off without saying goodbye. What assholes my brothers could be, how dare they talk about him like that!!
