2 Months later

Feeling like a swim, I headed down to the pool. I knew Leo would be on his daily run so I left quickly hoping to get him to come with me. Half way to the pool I felt arms around my waist a soft feather like kiss on my bare shoulder.
"Sometimes I think I asked out a fish." I rolled my eyes turned to see the model smile of my boyfriend staring back
"Care to join your fish?" He shook his head and I pouted "You never come with me."
"I know, I just can't swim okay? Please don't tell anyone." I nodded shocked by the vulnerability written all over his face. "I need to talk to you about something else too. I really don't like Adrian and Jason, they are dangerous. I'm scared they will hurt you." I stared at him too shocked to speak. "I need you to stay away from them. You and me baby, that's all we need. That's happiness." He place a kiss on my cheek before I pushed him away.
"NO! Leo you're a great guy, I love spending time with you, but Jason and Adrian are my friends too. I can't lose them, I WON'T lose them!" with that I ran back to my room and mae it to my bed just as my tears began to fall.

I lay on my bed crying for what felt like hours. When I sat up and rubbed my eyes I saw Amber sitting on the other bed. "Amb? How long have you been here?" she came and sat next to me wrapping an arm round my shoulders hugging me.
"Few minutes, I heard you were crying what happened" slowly I recounted my conversation with Leo. When I was finished she gave me a tight squeeze "he had no right to say that Amy, he's a dickhead, if he wants you to leave your friends, he doesn't deserve you." I felt a few tears continue down my cheeks and I wiped them away.
"When I first came here, Jason said to stay away from Leo, but they understand now. I really like Leo Amb, I can't get rid of either of them." She started shaking her leg up and down, I knew her well enough to know she was thinking. "Amb? What?" she got up and pulled me up with her.
"I want you to meet my friends, the ones like me." She walked out expecting me to follow

We walked down towards an abandoned part of the school, I took her arm. The corridor was dark and I was scared. We got to a rotten door with burn marks on it and Amber knocked. A boy opened it and stepped out. He was tall with messy brown hair that covered a little of his eyes, he had a scare across his left cheek, his hands were bruised and there was dirt under his nails. "Amber what the hell? Is she one of us?" He had a rusty voice. He looked me up and down before answering his own question. "No of course not, what the hell she doing here? are you nuts?" Amber smiled
"Ash, chill she's a perm as well, this is the easiest way for her to know what goes on here, plus she could use the friends." She walked in and I followed. Ash never took his eyes off me. I walked into the empty room, the only things filling the room were two girls who also stared at me. "Amy, this is Ash, Cyclone and Aqua." she pointed each out Cyclone was short with black hair that came out at different angles, and Aqua had sea blue eyes and long wavy blond hair. "You see Amy, all the permanent kids here have something weird about them. There are vampires, witches and things like that, then there is us, we can control the elements. Ash controls earth, Cyclone controls air, Aqua water and I have fire. She paused letting me take all this in.
"Nice to know you forgot me Amber." I heard a faint English accent and turned to see a tall guy with short long hair, it took me a minute to work out he was shirtless I was too lost in his grey-blue eyes. He had a six pack and was really dreamy. Amber brought me back to reality with her laugh.
"This is Will he's a freak, he's a telekinesis." Will came up to Amber and pushed her playfully
"I'm not a freak, the names William. And yes I am a telekinesis but not only that, I can make things appear here in the blink of an eye." He made a lily come and handed it to me smiling. "So what do you do Amy?" I had to think. I couldn't think of anything. I was normal, I didn't belong here.
"....Nothing..." they all looked at me I felt stupid. Obviously they all thought I was weird. Ash was giving Amber dirty look, but before I could say anymore I saw black and white smoke circling each other above Will's head, then the floor coming closer towards me...BLACK!
