(Jason's POV)
Here i am dancing with a pretty brunette and all i am thinking about is how i want to jump over board and get away from this self centered woman. all she does is talk about shopping and how she loves to go on vacations, and how mean her boss is. finally the song ended, i forced a smile and said
"Thank you for the dance Lisa" her head snapped up at me.
"My name is Lucy" she snapped at me. i just shrugged my shoulders.
"I don't give a shit anymore" and turned to walk away, she grabbed my arm
"Wait aren't you going to have dinner with me? or we can just skip straight to dessert" she said licking her lips trying to look seductive but all she did was end up looking like daffy duck.
I smiled at her and grabbed her face. she smiled back at me, i moved closer to her and said
"No thank you daffy, i mean Lisa" she pulled her face out of my hands and smacked me.
"Dick wad" she said before turning on her heels and walking away.
I rubbed my face and walked back towards my table. My friends were laughing at me. it's nice to know i have sympathetic friends. Note the sarcasm
"I see you pissed off another one" said Mark.
"No! what gave it away?" I asked sarcastically.
"The bitch slap she gave you" said Mikey laughing
"All she did was talk about herself and when she asked me if we're having dinner together or we can go straight to dessert i said no daffy and she smacked me"
"Daffy?" asked Mark confused
"Yea, she tried looking seductive and ended up looking like daffy duck" i said trying to show them the face she showed me. They both busted out laughing holding their stomachs.
"Now i know the real reason why the titanic sunk" i said
"What real reason would that be?" asked Mark
"Isn't it obvious, the women on that ship drove the men to insanity, so the captain did them all a favor and ended their misery by sinking the ship"
My friends just laughed and shook their heads.
"Isn't there an intelligent woman on this ship that i can have a decent conversation with?"
"Maybe you'll meet her later on tonight" said Mark
"I hope so" I said
