Ship of love chapter 9

He turned towards me and said "At first I was, but then I said thank god it wasn't mine because I realized I wasn't ready for a kid. I was still young, I wasn't ready to have a kid at 24 and still not ready at 25. I'll wait another couple of years before I have any."
I looked at Jason and felt sorry for him because I knew how it felt to be cheated on, by the look on his face he still felt the pain. I wanted to help him forget so I pushed him into the pool. I took off my shawl and jumped in after him. He swam towards me and pulled me under with him, we swam back to the top laughing. He pulled me close and started kissing me all over, then one thing led to another and an hour later we went back to swimming.

Jason's POV

The next two days flew by and I was having fun spending time with Arya. I was on the lower decks with my friends when mark said.
"You look happy and relaxed" I turned toward him and said.
"I am relaxed and somewhat happy"
"That's great jace, I'm happy for you! You deserve some happiness in your life"
"Are you going to continue seeing her?" asked Mark
"I don't think so man, I mean once were off this ship were not going to see each other"
"What, why? You guys make each other smile, I see it when you two are together" said Mike
"Yeah Jason, did she tell you this?" asked Mark
"No, but she lives in L.A and we live in Florida. That's a long distance relationship there and I don't think it will work out" I said feeling nervous all of a sudden. I don't know why but I just didn't want to get close to her, afraid she might break me the way Jessica did.
"Oh come on Jason just go talk to her and see where this relationship takes you guys. Hey you never know she might end up being the one." said Mark
"Yeah Jason, go and talk to her" added Mikey. I turned to them feeling pissed off because they are making me want to talk to her when all I want to do is move away from her since the ship is about to dock.
"Why don't you both just shut the fuck up ok. what Arya and I have going on means nothing. It's just us both using each other for pleasure nothing more. I mean I have no feelings for her, all she was, was a quick lay. Something for me to do while I was here."
Mikey tried to cut me off "Jason I think..." but I cut him off
"No mikey, whatever your going to say just save it, I'm going to find Arya and tell her ' thanks babe for all the fun that we had but now is the time to say goodbye. Hell maybe I could get in one more lay before parting" I said with a smirk turning to look at my friends but I seen them looking over my shoulder. I turned and seen Arya standing there and boy did she look pissed. I walked over to her but she stepped back and punched me in my jaw.
