Chapter 12

Katniss pov

"Annie!!" I say say freaking out.

"Mhmmm," She says.

"I am, aren't I?" I say.

"Mhmm," She says.

"No. No. An stop messing around." I say shaking me head.

"Here, um... here look." She says shoving the tests to me. Omg I am. I'm pregnant. At 17, I am pregnant.

"An, what do I do know?" I say.

"Can we call Johanna? I am honestly at lost for words." She says zoned out.

"Okay, I'll call her now." I say dialing her number.

"Jo?" I say.

"What's wrong brainless?" She says.

"Come over to An's now. Like NOW." I say getting francy.

"Okay, okay what's wrong?" She says.

"Just come now." I say and hang up.

Annie and I stay sitting wordless until Jo gets here. I left the door unlock so she comes into the bathroom after looking around the house for us.

"What the hell is wrong with you two?" She says walking into the bathroom. I throw one of the sticks at her.

"Woah, what did I miss?" She says holding it up. I look at her without a word.

"Peeta knocked you up? Didn't think he would do that." She says laughing. I give her my death glare.

"Okay okay, sorry too soon. What's wrong with Annie?" SHe says pointing to her.

"She's in shock I think, but Jo what am I going to do? I can't have a baby!!" I say crying.

"No don't cry. I hate tears," She says giving me a hug.

"First we are getting you up, then tomorrow you are going to have the best homecoming game and then homecoming ever and then Sunday you can tell Peeta you're pregnant. Ok? It will be fine." She says

"Uhh... Okayy..." I say inbetween cries.She calms me down and Annie and I and Jo talk about this.

"So, Kat. When did this happen?" Jo says inphisizing this.

"Umm, my competition like 3 weeks ago." I say.

"Like seriously? Do you think you and Peeta can have a kid?" Annie says.

"No!! I don't want it! I want to go to college with Peeta and graduate! Not stay at home and be a teen mom!!" I say crashing my head into a pillow.

"Well, for right now you tell no one. You can tell your mom and sister after Peeta knows. Okay?" Johanna and says and I nod in return.

"Okay good, because homecoming is not going to be ruined for this." Annie says.

"But while we are on the topic, what else have you two done?" Jo says with her smirk.

"Ohh gosh." I say.

"Seriously! I thought we told each other stuff!!" She says with a puppy dog face on.

"Well, we've done like everything. I mean usually we just sleep with each other but some nights it got out of control." I say laughing the whole time.

"Kat on the frisky side!" making all of us laugh.

"To be honest, I can't see Peeta like that with you! You guys are so innocent! We'll at least Peeta is!"

"No actually he always makes the first move, to my surprise he's actually really good at stuff." I say dying of laughter.

"Gale was too." Jo says laughing.

"How is Finn?" Jo and I say at the same time.

"I mean he's pretty good." We all say laughing our butts off in exchanging stories. I've honestly haven't laughed so much in so long....

"I have to go home for dinner. Love you guys." I say grabbing my bag and leaving. I drive home and go upstairs because I don't feel like eating. I crawl under my blankets in my clothes from school. I drift off for who knows how long until I get a horrible dream. I start sweating and I sit up starting to panick. I've had nightmares before, but this one was different. I start screaming from the terrible dream when I find 2 arms wrapped around me.

"Baby, baby shhh. I'm here." I hear Peeta's soothing voice.

I'm still breathing hard. "Why are you here?" I say not wanting to hide anything from him.

"I came over with dinner but your mom said you were sleeping so I layed down with you." He says.

"Oh." I say closing my eyes.

"Want to talk about it?" He says.

"No," I say a little too bitchy. "I mean, Peeta I am really tired. See you tomorrow?" I say.

"Uh, sure. Love you." He says giving me a kiss.

"Love you." I say and give him a small smile then crawl back under the cover to let sleep take over me.
