Katniss pov
I decided with my family yesterday that I will move into my new home with Peeta in 2 weeks. I couldn't love the house anymore! It has 2 big bedrooms, one master bedroom, an office, a theater room, a living room, kitchen and dinning room (of course) and 2 bathrooms. Almost everything is finished except a couple things, Peeta wanted me to pick out some stuff. There is a cute little patio, with a hot tub and pool, and then outside is a beautiful meadow. Its the opposite side of the meadow which I used to live on. Before I would always come to the meadow with my dad and go swimming in a little lake a few yards in. I loved taking the trip and having piknics back there. It was just my and my dad's place, I can't wait to show Peeta and my new baby the lake when he or she is old enough.
Speaking of he or she, I get to know in another hour if its a girl or boy! Peeta and I haven't bought anything for the baby yet, and maybe we should start! The baby will be here in less the 4 months!! If I wasn't so young, I would have known if it was a boy or girl, but the baby is a bit premature so I had to wait an extra 2 weeks. I'm still gaining like 2 pounds every week and I feel huge! I'm 5 months today, and everyday I feel like I'm closer and closer until I get to see my baby. I get out of my shower and look at my stomach like I do everyday. Its weird how much it grows. I put on a stretchy tanktop and a sweter with leggings. I had to go shopping for new clothes some what. I bought a couple dresses and sweaters and some bigger jeans but thats it. I grab my purse and head downstairs.
"Ready Prim?" I yell while sitting at the counter eating breakfast.
"Yep! Can't wait to find out what she or he is! I hope its a she!" Prim says running down the stairs. I think she's moer excited then me.
"Okay sweetie calm down, here's your breakfast." My mom says hanging her a plate. We eat then I text Peeta when we are on our way.
"Goodmorning Mrs. Lynn," Peeta says stepping into the car.
"Morning Peet." She says and we drive to the doctor's office. We wait in the waiting room and Prim won't shutup about girl names she likes.
"Prim! What if its a boy?" I say laughing. She pouts. "It wouldn't matter. I would love him the same. But I just really really want it to be a girl." She says giggling making Peeta laugh too.
"Kat?" The familiar nurse says. I've seen her enough for her to call that wierdly enough. We walk down the room into we walk into a room on the left. I take my seat and Peeta stands by my side grabbing my hand like usual.
"Excited?" My mom says and I answer yes of course. The doctor walks in and rubs the cold jelly on my stomach. We look on the screen on the wall and see my baby. Our baby. It grows every month! I already have 4 ultrasounds and I want one every 4 weeks to keep track of he or her!
"Ready?" Doctor Lee says. I shake my head. "Of course." Peeta answers.
"You're baby is a-"
~~~3 months later~~~
"Wake up Kat...." Peeta's soothing voice awakes me. I feel him kisses my lips and I flutter my eyes open.
"Goodmorning." I say and smile. I love waking up next to Peeta.
"Just letting you know I left you breakfast on the table and I'm leaving now." He says. I kiss him and say goodbye and wait in bed for a little longer. Peeta has to go to school unfortunetly until the year is over. I'm going to do online college and he's going to go to a college thats only 30 minutes away. I already signed up for summer classes and Peeta's signed up for fall classes to become a doctor. He always wanted to become a doctor if he didn't own his own bakery. He wants to do both, but I think he should just do the bakery. I know that's what he's made for. I struggle siiting up but make my way up and grab my robe and wrap it around me. I call Annie for our daily morning talk while she gets ready for school. Peeta left me blueberry waffles and eggs. I eat my breakfast and let Annie go to school. I take a shower and and get dressed in tights, a blue dress with a white coat. I get in white flats and try my hair straight. I call my mom and she tells me she'll pick me up in 5 minutes. We are shopping for my baby's room today.
I hear a ding dong at the door and go to get it.
"Hi mom." I say giving her a hug.
"Hi! You look beautiful! Ready to go?" She asks.
"Yep! Can't wait!" I say. She drives me to the store where she got Prim and my cribs.
"So what have we done so far in the room?" My mom asks.
"We painted it that light grey creamy color already! And I got that light tan changing table! I wanted to get like a book shelf thing and fill it with baby toys and stuff the same color as the changing table" I say reminding her.
"Oh ya! So what else do we need?" She says thinking. "A chair of course, maybe even a rocking chair, curtains, a rug, and anything else you see that you like. I was think we could do that one thing I did with you and get those cute letters and spell the baby's name behind the crib!"
"Oh ya!! We can get those afterwards." I say and we look all afternoon for the perfect crib. No luck. Right when we are about to leave I see the perfect one! Its white and on the side it has like a design with white strips. Its white wood and its exactly what I wanted.
"Mom, how about this one?" I say going over to it.
"I love it, do you like it?" She says coming by my side.
"Ya! I actually do!" I say excited.
"Ahh! Then we will get this one?!" She says.
"Yes!!" I say. After we buy the crib and a couple toys along with the curtains and the letters its already time for Peeta to come home. My mom bring the crib into the room and I call Peeta once he gets out of school.
"Bring Finnick and Gale home with you! I found the perfect crib Peet! You're going to love it!" I say. I need the guys to set up the crib.
Peeta as I know loves the crib. They set it up and I take a look around the room. I love the light walls with the dark wood floor. I haven't decided what color I want the baby's bedding yet, but I think I want it to match the curtains. I look up and see the baby chandelier I insisted we get. Of course my baby girl is going to be completely spoiled.......
Its a girl!! Sorry to make you guys wait! But it was my second update today(; But what did you think?! I NEED BABY NAMES! I came up with a few and I really want to hear your guys votes! So everyone please comment and vote your favorite name!!
