Paige's POV
I just overhed Jack and all the rest of the guys say that Jack only started going ut with me because of a bet.
"You guys are a bunch of assholes." I said throwing Jack's wallet down on the couch and running out the door. I herd foot steps following me but I didn't look back. I got to my car when I felt a hand on my wrist.
"Paige please hear me out." Jack said
"Hear you out? I can't even look at you right now." I said yanking my hand away
"Did all of this really happen because of some bet?" I asked him motioning between us
He was silent and looked down. "Answer me Jack now." I said crossing my arms over my chest
"Yes it all happened because of a bet." he whispered
"So all the I love yous, hugs, and kisses were all just one big fat lie?"
"No of course not! I will admit at first yes it did start off as a bet. But then I got to know you and I really did fall in love with you Paige. Nobody makes me feel the way you do." he said taking a step towards me but I took one step back.
"Don't give me that bullshit Jack. Everything that comes out of your mouth is a lie! I trusted you will all my secrets, everything!" I screamed at him
"And you can still trust me! We can work through this! I havn't told your secrets to anybody! I didn't even take the money!" he shouted back
"Oh so that makes it so much better doesn't it?" I asked sarcastically
"I don't know what else to say. You have to believe me!"
"You know when I moved here all I wanted was to make some friends and I really thought I did. But once again I was proved wrong. You guys are just a bunch of dicks I should have known." I said shaking my head but he grabbed my hand stopping me from going
"Yes what we did was such a dick move and I am really sorry. But I can't loose you Paige. Ever since you came into my life everything has changed for the better. You make me feel so happy when I am around you. Please I am fighting for you. I love you." he said. At this point I had tears running down my cheeks and I yanked my hand away for the second time.
"Are you sure about that?" I asked before getting into my car and driving back to my house. I ran upstairs and locked myself in my room. I hopped into bed and wrapped myself up in my blanket and started bawling my eyes out.
Jack's POV
We are all sitting at breakfast and I can't get Paige out of my head. I hurt her really bad. When I saw her crying my heart broke into a million pieces because I caused it. I am not even hungry I was just picking at my food.
"Jack you look horrible." Cameron told me
"Gee thanks." I said sarcastically
"Did you get any sleep?" Mike asked me
"I think four." I said shrugging getting up and giving my food to my dog
"Dude she is going to forgive you. You guys love eachother." Sam said giving me a hopeful smile
"You didn't see the look on her face." I said looking at all of them
"Well we got something to cheer you up! Today we are all going to the University of Nebraska for the big basketball game!" Jack said all excitedly
"I don't know." I said trailing off
"You are coming you don't have a choice." Brock said
"Yeah and plus we arn't going to let you sit alone all day and mope around." Mack added
