Today is the day. July 6th. Five years ago today, Gideon Charles Gleeful made his TV debut in the Gravity Falls episode "The Hand That Rocks the Mabel". And today is also his birthday!!(Okay in case you missed it, today isn't his official canon birthday, but we were only ever given a timeframe of when his birthday is and the anniversary of "The Hand That Rocks the Mabel" fits perfectly within that, so I decided that June 6th is Gideon's birthday. If canon doesn't give something to you, use details to make it acceptably believable yourself.)
Ah, my bratty son. I can't believe it's been five whole years. Gideon would be fifteen today. Fifteen. Can you believe that? He would be a teenager! Oh dear. I'm getting old.
To celebrate this all-so important day, I found that Gideon montage above and I have also collected some Gideon fanart! Here we go!
This one is so simple and cute! Also, the artist made sure to remember that Gideon's cape has pink sparkles, which is a detail that a lot of people seem to forget. Pink sparkles, everyone, never forget the pink accents.
This is one of my favorite things that emerged after "A Tale of Two Stans". In the midst of all that angst and sad predications (and also little Stans fanart), someone stepped forward and said, "Wait a minute. Stan was able to tell that Gideon was a fake psychic because hIS MOM WAS A FAKE PSYCHIC" and then stuff like this was born.
