People like to ask if you're an introvert or extrovert, but ambiverts, like myself, tend to be forgotten. Think of ambiverts to be in the middle of introversion and extraversion, a mix of both traits. They can go from quiet to loud, insecure to confident, and calm to excited very quickly. Ambiverts can act different ways around different people and in different situations. For example, if an ambivert is into a very social activity, they'll act boldly, but in school, they might be quieter and more reserved. They tend to act in reaction to others; if someone is very talkative, an ambivert will be a good listener. If someone doesn't have much to say, an ambivert will make up for it.
This video explains ambivertism better than I could. I hope you enjoy and learn something from it!
