Okay I chapter 23 sucked I know !!! I'm sorry if some of you are confused so I'm going to try to clear some stuff up.
Okay so when they questioned her she was really loopy from all the meds she was on. So she told them what they wanted go hear and that was that carter raped her and kidnaped her, then a couple days later they asked carter about it and his story was difftent so the arrested him for the things that Alexa told them. But then when she sees him under arrest she doesn't know what's going on b/c she remembers him but she can't remeber what she told the cops. If your still confued then I'm just going to delete the chapter..... 😣
