Chapter 25

~ on the run ~

"Mr. Mahone the court finds you...... He paused for a sec before continuing "guilty on the charges of first degree murder of Mr. Hanson you will have two days on house arrest to get everything figured out with Alexa you need to find her a safe place to live and if it was me I would make her go home with her parents that's all you may be released after they go over all the rules for your house arrest"

Fuck this isn't good. How am I going to tell Alexa. She doesn't even know that in here on murder charges. She is going to be so upset with me.

"Let's go Mahone" the officer said as he led me out of the court room. They went over all the rules of my house arrest pretty much it I go within 3 feet of my house the cops will be at my house this is just great. Oh and on top of that he told me that they where talking with Alexa right now. Witch means I won't be the first to tell her about her father. Great !

Alexa pov

About 10 min after they pulled my out or the court room a officer came out and said that he needed to talk to me and right now I'm sitting in this room with him and they are about to tell me Carter's sentencing I'm kinda scared to know what's going to happen to him.

" miss Hanson I'm here to tell you that carter has been charged with first degree murder, and had two days to get everything with you fixed like a place to live. Now he isn't a free man he is under house arrest and can not leave the house"

Murder ? Of who ? Was all that was going though my head.

"Miss?"

"Oh yeah what"

" did you hear what I said" the officer said obviously noticing that I wasn't really paying attention

"Yeah I did" I lied honestly he lost me when he said carter kill someone. "Uhh who did he kill" it was really bothering me to know.

"Your father I'm sorry to tell you that. But if I were you and the boy I was dating killed my dad I wouldn't even take him home with you today I would leave him here and just go back with her parents" was he crazy go back with my partents hell no ! I did not just flip out in court for nothing. I'm not mad that he killed my dad ! My dad tried to kill me and he about killed carter too.

"I would like to take carter home now"

"Okay whatever you said miss" he led me out of the room and carter was waiting in the hall way.

"CARTER" I yelled running over and jumping into his arms. That god this time he could catch me. As soon as I warped my legs around him he had his arms wrapped around me. We stayed like that for a good 10 mins then carter spoke up.

"Let's go home baby, we have a lot to talk about" he said with a wink at the end and if I know carter he has something planed out and I can't wait to hear it.

Carter's pov

You could say I was shocked when Alexa come out and ran and jumped in my arms I thought for sure she would hate me but I guess I was wrong, I can't wait to tell her my plan. We are running away and never coming back.

After about a 30min ride we made it back home. After the police escorts left I thought it would be a good time to talk to Alexa about my plan.

"Alexa baby come here" I yelled from the living room. After about a min or so she came down the stairs. God she looks so good in my cloths. Mmm I'm going to get some of that later tonight if you feel me.
