The reason why Xenia never mentioned her sister before now is because Leena tried to kill herself and because of the fall she broke her lower spine keeping her in a wheel chair and because of the differences between walking and playing and then landing up in a wheel chair resulted in Xenia denying the fact that she has a sister as her sister was now no longer a part of her life till she saw Leena finally having fun
