3RD PERSON POV:
"I see you're still alive," he said distastefully. looking behind taehyung, his eyes gleamed and his smile grew sweet when he saw yoona.

but it all melted into something fearsome once he realized that yoona was scared.

scared of him.

and in his mind, only one person could've been the cause of that.

"Yoona," he said with no emotion, as he grabbed the girl's wrist, pulling her to him. the said girl yelped in pain, since he grabbed her injured arm.

"you can't do that!" taehyung yelled, trying to stop him, only to get smacked away. holding the red mark on his face, he glared up from his spot on the ground.

"What happened to being so scared before?" mister byun taunted, as a cold smile grew on his face.

and that smile warmed up as he turned to yoona, greeting her with a sweet face.

but this was a sweetness she did not like.

a sweetness she was wary of.

"Sorry you had to be with this boy, he was a street rat I used to give money to. I guess he's now lost it." he chuckled.

but yoona knew it was a lie, all of it was.

"And when we get home, I have something to tell you, Yoona." he said in a sing-song voice, swinging her wrist gently as he pulled her outside with him.

yoona tried looking back for taehyung, but mister byun tightened his grip as she did. she immediately turned back, in fear.

he could actually hurt her so easily if she thought about it.

just snap her little wrist in two.

slap her away like he did taehyung.

do whatever he's done in that house to her in her own home.

so why hadn't he?

and at that moment yoona came to the frightening realization that every word taehyung said about this man,

was absolutely, without a doubt, true.

and that despite how securing his smile could be,

she was anything but safe with him.
