Normani's POV

Ally gave her phone to Lauren after she turned hers off. She looks up after reading the text with wide eyes and Ally whispers something her ear. Lauren then shakes her head and gives the phone back to Ally.

"What's wrong Lo?" I asked, concerned.

"Um, nothing my--" she started but was cut off by Ally jabbing her in the ribs with her elbow.

"Her boss just asked if she could go to her office, that's all" Ally says, finishing Lauren's sentence.

"Oh okay. Well if you're busy, Ally can just hang out with us?" Melanie reasoned.

Ally then looked to Lauren, who was shaking her subtly. Ally crossed her arms and Lauren proceeded to pout and give her the puppy dog eyes.

"C'mon Lo, you're gonna have to face Alyx alone one of these days. I mean, you've had this job since you were 15 and haven't gone alone once" Ally said with a sigh.

"I know Ally but you've seen how mean and intimidating she is, especially over things like this" Lauren complains.

"Wait hold up! You have a job?" I ask and she nods.

"What do you do?" Melanie asks.

"Im a--" Lauren started to answer but was cut off by the door from down stairs open and close loudly.

"LAUREN, GET YOUR FUCKING ASS DOWN HERE NOW!! ALYX IS HERE AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS." Taylor yelled from down stairs.

"Shit! Please Ally?" Lauren begged.

"Fine but this is the last time" Ally agreed with a sigh.

Lauren's POV

Ally and I walked down stairs only to find a furious Alyx. I swear if she got any angrier, smoke would be coming out of her ears and her hair would be on fire.

I swallowed thickly and followed Ally over to Alyx. She took a deep breath and huffed before speaking.

"Hey Alyx, what are--" I tried to play it off like I had no idea why she was mad but she quickly cut me off.

"Don't you 'hey Alyx' me, you know exactly why I'm here."

"But--" Ally tried.

"No Short stack, you don't get to speak for Lauren this time" Alyx said firmly and Ally retreaded behind my back.

"Okay" she whimpered behind me and I rolled my eyes. So much for that plan.

"Well you see, what happened was..." I started to explain.

Melanie's POV

After Lauren and Ally went down stairs, we just sat in Lauren's room wondering what the hell was going on.

"Okay this is ridiculous" I exclaimed standing up.

"Hell yeah it is, c'mon Mellz lets go" Dinah says and we quickly run down the end of the hall toward the stairs.

"Where the fuck are you two idiots going without us?" I heard Normani say before walking out of the room, dragging Camila with her.

"Yeah, if you're gonna eavesdrop at least wait for us." Mila agreed as Dianh and I rolled our eyes.

As soon as they made their way to the stairs we walked down half way down, making sure to stay hidden behind the wall.

We heard Lauren tell a brunette that Dinah took the photo and posted it before she could she no and Ally confirm that what Lauren said was true.

The brunette then said something along the lines of ' do you know what would happen if word got out you were gay? I mean clearly you're not so it will take a lot of work to prove that'.

The brunettes statement was followed by 'it won't take any work Alyx because I am' Lauren yelled angrily.

She was about to say something in response but Camila, being the clutz she is, leaned on our backs and sent us all tumbling down the stairs like dominoes.

The 3 of them turned to us, Ally and Lauren had wide eyes as they realised what we were doing. The brunette on the other hand, didn't seem phased by us and continued to speak.

"Lauren, call Troye. You two are coming back to L.A with me" she demanded.

"But Alyx--"

"This isn't a choice Lauren, call Troye NOW! I'll be waiting at the airport in half and hour, so you better be ready to spend a week in L.A by then" Alyx? said before storming out of the house.

Lauren picked up her phone and dialled Troyes number while Ally came over to us.

"What's was that all about Ally?"
