"We have a two very special guests tonight!!! Please welcome... Troye Sivan and, for the first time in public since the reveal of her identity... LAUREN JAUREGUI!!!!" The show host announced, the crowd went wild. Screaming and yelling Lauren and Troye's names.
"So, we hear you two have a treat for the crowd tonight?" Ellen asked after the pair sat and the crowd finally went quiet.
"Yes we do, I gave Lauren the idea to write this song after she received some news," Troye started, Lauren sitting to his left as she continued.
"I wrote this song about someone very important to me, and I hope they know that," Lauren finished as she looked into the camera, knowing that Camila would be watching at home.
"Well, lets see what you got!!" Ellen yelled excitedly. The pair then waltzed over to the stage and prepared themselves to sing their new song.
"You ready for this?" Troye asked sympathetically, wanting to make sure his best friend was completely comfortable with this. "Yeah I am, I'm so sick of management shitting me down," Lauren answered. The two went silent for a moment, before looking up and beginning to sing.

The crowd went crazy and Ellen was tearing up, along with a few fans in the crowd who were crying.
Lauren was smiling so hard, Troye grabbed her hand as they both bowed. She looked at her best friend, and when he saw the look on his best friends face, Troye knew that this is the happiest he's seen Lauren since she met Camila.
