Kale wanted me to practice my fighting skills with his hunter friends to see what damage I could do.

Everyone I fought against got tired very quickly because I didn't really fought back. I only deflected the hits and kicks and sometimes headbutts.

Cain come up in front of me after the last girl gave up. He observed me and already I felt jittery. I don't know why but he just makes me nervous.

He picked up a crossbow, aimed and fired it at me. I caught it before it could hit me. I three the arrow to the side and smirked at him. It won't be that easy I thought.

Then he threw a huge 45 pound weight at my gut. Talk about being winded. I hit the ground hard and coughed up some blood. I was about to get up when he yanked me up by my hair roughly making me yelp in pain.

"Come on Anna, fight back. Show us what you're really made of."

I took his advice and hit him in his gut. Then he went to hit me but i blocked it quickly and punched him square in his jaw. He stumbled back a little bit and tackled me to the ground. I threw him off of me with a gust of wind. He hit his back against a wall and landed and on his face. I felt bad for him after I heard a crack, yet I didn't feel anything at all.

I knelt down and lifted his head up. He was out cold.

"Anyone else?" I asked as I stood to my feet. No one answered so I shrugged my shoulders in boredom, "alright."

I found a really cool belt that holds weapons, so I put my new mace in it. I smiled at my new favorite weapon of choice and walked outside and played on the ground.

"Out of all the weapons, why did you choose the spiked mace?" Cain asked laying next to me.

"I wanted something more, I don't know, medieval," he laughed at my answer. "What?" I asked him.

"Oh nothing, I just thought you wanted something that could, I don't know, be more modern?"

"Well I'm not very modern being an angel and all. Angels go all the way back to the Bible ages so I'm feeling more on the viking vibe."

"But vikings weren't in the Bible," he laughed again.

I hit his shoulder and he laughed some more, "just let me have my moment."

I was serious for a few seconds then burst out laughing. Cain did to and I turned my head to look at him at the same time he did and gave him a shy grin.

"Dean must be pretty stupid to cheat on you," he said putting my hair behind my ear.

"Why's that?" I asked blushing.

"Because you're gorgeous and you have one hell of a punch," he said rubbing his jaw from earlier.

I laughed at his acknowledgment to earlier and nodded my head in agreement. We looked into each others eyes and I immediately regretted it. I was instantaneously lost in the color of them. There were so inviting, so loving, that I couldn't help from leaning in and kissing him. I had no power in the decision, my body was in total control.

"Montana Nicole Grey!" I pulled off of Cain and stood up. My brother Brett was standing there bare-chested. Why doesn't he ever wear shirts?! Like seriously, he never wore shorts before I left the pack. I guess some things never change.

"What do you want?" I asked folding my arms over my chest.

"I want you to come home. I miss you. We all miss you, even Dean misses you."

"No he doesn't! He cheated on me when he said he never would! He said Kaitlyn never meant anything to him, but I guess she does."

Cain walked over and wrapped me up in a comforting hug, "who is this guy?"

"I'm her brother. And who are you supposed to be?"

"I'm Cain Malone. Second in command after Kale Tomber."

Brett looked puzzled then a shock of realization cane to his face, "wait, so you're telling me that you left us to be with a bunch of hunters who tried to KILL you multiple times?"

"Haven't you heard of 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'?"

"Just because Dean cheated on you doesn't mean that he's the enemy."

I took a deep breath to calm myself down, "It doesn't mean that he's my friend either. He doesn't mean anything to me."

He walked up slowly and grabbed my hand, "then why haven't you rejected him yet? Why haven't you severed the mating bond?"

No I was puzzled. I had no answer for him, so I decided to change the topic, "why ate you even here? How did you find me?"

"I found you by flying up high in the air and looking at the ground. It actually wasn't that hard to find you either."

He took a step back and I could tell that he was staring daggers at Cain, "and I'm here because you're my sister and I love you. I was worried sick about you. Mom was and still is going bat crap crazy."

I suddenly felt bad for leaving. My mother is upset. My whole family is worried.

"Are you sure you want to go?" Cain whispered in my ear. "Remember what Dean did to you? What he told you he would never do?"

I remembered and was more upset then anything. I guess Brett overheard and said, "forgive and forget Anna."

"Go."

"What do you mean 'go'?"

"I mean leave the area immediately."

"No. If I do you're coming with me."

"Fat chance." He shook his head in disappointment and took a step towards me.

"Sir," Cain said getting in front of me, "I suggest you leave before bad things happen."

"Like what?" Cain snapped his fingers and a whole bunch of hunters aimed their guns and bows at Brett.

"Fine, I'll go." he said while his songs came out of his back. He turned around and stopped. "I forgot to mention something. Dean won't stop till he gets you back, so I suggest you go back to him soon."

"Is that a threat or a promise?" I asked furious.

"It's a warning," and with that he took to the sky and left.

"If Dean wants to start something he can't finish, just because of me, then we might as well prepare for it," I said mainly to myself.

"That, darling, is a magnificent idea," Kaleb said wrapping his arm around my shoulders.

"Like you said," Cain started, "he needs to pay for his actions."

I nodded my head in agreement and smiled inwardly. If it's a fight he wants, I thought, it's a fight he gets.
