Chapter 7: Date Night

Dom

Today is the day Lilly & I go on our date. I have no idea what to expect. I decide to wear the outfit that I wore when we kissed for our collab. Memories. I change into that, and then I spritz some of that cologne that Lilly likes. Finally, I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth and comb my hair so it dosen't look too wild. I take a look in the mirror, and I think I look pretty good. I run downstairs and order food. Meanwhile the food is coming, I text Lilly my daily good morning text. Then I start brainstorming videos for my channel.
Finally, the food arrives. I thank the delivery guy and give him a tip and then dig in. While I'm eating, my thoughts drift to Lilly. I wonder what she's going to wear tonight. Whatever she decides on, I'm sure she'll look great.

Lilly

I wake up to the sound of my phone buzzing. I check my phone and instantly smile. It's one of Dom's daily goodmorning texts. Have I mentioned how much those texts mean to me? They really make my day.

Anyways, this hair isn't going to brush itself, so I get out of bed. I brush my hair and then I wash my face and brush my teeth. Then I go to my closet to pick out something for today. Everything that I tried on either looked like trash or wasn't right for the occasion. Finally, I decided on the outfit that I wore when Dom came over to shoot that collab. I go do my makeup, which takes awhile because I can never find foundation that matches the color of my skin. And plus the amount of effort I have to put into blending is unreal.

Finally, I take a look in the mirror. Everything looks great, except somethings missing: a snapback! I grab one out of my closet and then run downstairs for brunch. After I finish eating, I check the time and apparently I have 2 hours. So I dedicate those 2 hours to work. Before I know it, it's 6:00. I see Dom pulling up in my driveway. I grab my vlog camera and phone and then get inside his car. He backs out of the driveway, and soon we're on our way. Minutes later, we're at the restaurant. Dom opens the door for me and I get out of the car. He holds the door open to the entrance of the restaurant and we walk in.

Dom

The first thing I notice about Lilly when she sits inside my car, is how hot she looks. The drive to the restaurant isn't too long, so we make it there in no time. I hold the door and we walk into the restaurant. Bad Liar is playing, which is one of Lilly's favorite songs. The waitress takes us to a booth and asks us what we would like to drink. Lil orders a Coke, I get a water with lemon. Then she comes with our drinks and menus. I order a regular burger with fries and Lilly gets a veggie burger with fries. We talk until our food arrives. Once the food arrives, that's when the conversation starts flowing. The whole time I keep thinking, I'm so grateful for Lilly. She's absolutely gorgeous.

Lilly

Dom is so hot. And sweet. He is such gentleman, and he really knows how to keep a conversation going.

Is he going to kiss me?

And right when I had this thought, he looked into my eyes and leaned in and brushed his soft lips against mine.
Now usually I'm not big on PDA, but this time I couldn't help it. I kiss him back. Pretty soon we were making out. The manager had to come and remind us that it was closing time. He slipped his hand into mine and walked like that all the way to the parking lot. I was embarrassed at first, but soon forgot about it. We get in the car and he takes me home. I look out the window and thought about what it would be like if Dom was my boyfriend...
