Lilly Singh and Dominic Sandoval are YouTubers who both have busy lives. During a collab, they unexpectedly catch feelings. Will they find a way to make time for a relationship?
I wake up the next morning to the sound of someone ringing my doorbell. I get up as quietly as I could and rush downstairs to open the door. I gasp. The person that is standing in my doorway is Aman.
"Yo man. What are you doing here?"
"I'm here to see Lilly." He responded casually.
"Well, I'm incredibly sorry, but you can't see her right now because she's asleep and because she's my girlfriend."
"Who's your girlfriend?" says a voice behind me. I turn around and see Lilly with her arms crossed.
"Um, I, uh, I got nothing." I respond, stammering, and a wild blush fills my cheeks to top that off.
"Uh-huh." she responds flatly.
"Listen, I'm sorry." I say. She ignores me and walks up to Aman.
"You can't be here right now." she says.
"Why not?"
"Because you hurt me, Aman. And I've moved on. I've been dating other guys, and I don't need you in my life right now. When I'm ready, we can talk about this. Please leave." She holds the door open for him and he leaves. Tears start rolling down her cheeks and soon sobs start racking her body. I brush away her tears away.
"Shhh, it's ok, Lilly. It'll be all ok." I say, consoling her.
"He hurt, me Dom, he hurt me." she says, recalling her past.
"Do you wanna talk about it?"
"Ok." she says, nodding. And we sit on the couch and she tells me the story of her and Aman, aka Amilly.
"Team Super and all of the Amilly shippers were so upset when we broke up." she says, ending her story.
"I understand why they would be upset." I answer.
"Yeah." she says.
"What will make you feel better?" I say.
"What about another date tonight? But for now let's cuddle"
"Cuddling it is. Where do you wanna go tonight?"
"What about The Vegan Joint in West LA?"
"Ok, let's do it! I've never been there before, but I'm sure it'll be great." I squeeze her hand reassuringly.
"Thank you." she rests her head on my shoulder and I hug her.
"Of course. We could all use a night out."
And for the rest of the time being, we watch some Game of Thrones because we need to be caught up for Sunday. After awhile, she says:
"Hey, could you drive me home? I need to get ready for tonight."
And so we get in the car and I drive her home.
Lilly
I quickly rush home because I only have an hour to get ready! I plug in my curling iron and start brushing my long, long, brown hair. By the time I'm done, the curling iron is ready to use. I get started on curling my hair. Minutes, or hours later, I can't tell the difference, I finish. And then it's makeup time. I put a little more effort in this time. I wing my liner, and surprisingly they look even! What an accomplishment! And then I continue. I blend, brush, and fill. And the last thing I put on is BAWSE. Next, I go to my closet and get out a dress that will be decently comfortable. It's one of my favorites, and I haven't worn it in a long time. It has a black lacy top with a flowery bottom and black stripes across it. I pair it off with some red heels and some gold jewelry. I take a look in the mirror and smile. Everything looks perfect. I grab my phone and call Dom. Thankfully, he lives only a few minutes away so he's here in no time. Obviously, when we dress "casually", we don't dress casually at all. He knocks on the door, which was already unlocked. I sit on my bed, and casually go on my phone as if I wasn't expecting him at all.

"Come in." I say. And then the door opens. I look up and see him. It's as if everything has stopped, and everything was happening in slow motion. He was wearing a suit, one I haven't seen before. He had a stray curl that wasn't picked up with hair gel, hanging on his forehead. He was wearing that amazing smelling cologne and it was turning me on. I bit my freshly glossed lip.
"So" he smirks. "You ready to go or what?"
I wink and reply: "Of course I'm ready." And we walk to his car. Before I could get in, he kisses me ever so slightly. We kiss for a little bit and then get in the car. Tonight should be fun, I thought.

I have all of the love and respect for him, I just felt like I should add another character to spice stuff up because for the longest time it was just Dom and Lilly, and so I felt the need to improve my story.
