Chapter 22

Lilly's POV
I am not genuinely happy. The image of Dom kissing Bethany is constantly replaying in my mind. Even though he swears things are over between them, I still can't seem to trust him. It's like I'm waiting for him to hurt me again. I really hope I'm just being paranoid and that Dom isn't lying. Once again, Dom went to the store to go get me those chocolates that he never got me. Maybe he thought it was a way to make up for what he did. Well guess what. He's wrong. It doesn't. Once again he takes longer than usual. I can't help but think that what if he's going to do the same thing that he did yesterday? What if history is repeating itself? I get up and once again call and Uber. The Uber arrives at the exact same place that it did yesterday. And I see Dom kissing Bethany. Again. I've had enough. This bitch was about to pay. I walk up to her and I slap the crap out of her. I've had enough. She CANNOT take my man. Well, actually, not anymore. Dom removes his lips from hers and looks at me.
Dom: What the hell, Lilly? What had gotten into you?
Me: WHAT HAS GOTTEN INTO ME? I'LL TELL YOU. I'M SITTING HERE AT HOME WAITING FOR MY BOYFRIEND WHO CLAIMS THAT IS NOT SLIDING HIS TONGUE DOWN HIS EX'S THROAT! I THOUGHT YOU WERE DONE WITH HER DOM! I TRUSTED YOU AND I KEPT FORGIVING YOU AND FORGIVING YOU. SO FORGIVE ME FOR BEING A GOOD GIRLFREIND AND WORRYING ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE! I GUESS I WONT HAVE TO ANYMORE! I am done with you. We are over. So you can go back to making out with Bethany. Oh and here's a list of things I'm going to be needing back from you and buh-bye.
I stormed off before he could say anything. I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of knowing that he had hurt me. The uber drives me home and just like the night I found out he was cheating on me, I layed down on my bed and cried myself to sleep.

Dom's POV
I quickly left Bethany and drove to Lilly's house as fast as I could. I was hoping that she would still forgive me. I knock on the door and see her. Her eyes are red and her makeup is smudged.
Lilly: Did you bring my stuff that I asked you to give back?
Me: Yes, here it is.
Lilly: Ok, bye now.
Me: Wait, Lilly.
Lilly: If you're going to give me some sort of sob story or feed me lies again, I don't wanna hear it.
Me: Please, just hear me out.
Lilly: You know what, Dominic? You can kiss my ass, because I don't care about what you have to say to me so you can just go back to pretty little Bethany.
Me: Please..
Before I could finish my sentence, she slammed the door in my face. It was in that moment that I realized that I lost her forever. I guess I really did deserve it...
