Chapter 18: Squad Reunites

Dom's POV
I don't know why, but Lilly seems really excited for the squad to reunite. I'm excited too. Its been forever since I've seen Humble, Swoozie, and Yousef. Oh and Alex. We pull up into Lauren's driveway and then we walk in. We are greeted by music and people laughing and talking.
"Yo, man. How you been?" Swoozie's loud voice echoed through the hallway.
"DOM! MY MAN! WHATS HOOD IN THE GOOD?" Alex screamed. Leave it to him to always hype shit up.
"Everything is amazing, because I have my baby with me." I found myself smiling.
"Awww, #Domilly!" Alex cooed.
I look over and see Lilly talking with Lauren, laughing at something she said. She's so radiant. And hot.
I walk to the couch where Yousef is sitting.
"Hey man. I'm sorry about the other day," I apologized.
"Are you?" He glared.
"Of course. You my bro."
"I guess it's ok," he sighed and then smirked.
Then we do that bro hug thing that everyone does. Lauren calls everyone to do a toast.
"I would like to thank everyone for coming. And also congrats Lilly and Dom for becoming #Domilly!" Lauren exclaimed.
Everyone cheers and we blush.
" Cheers! "

Then Lilly & I hit the dance floor. I'll have to admit: She's pretty good. Then we take a break we go get a drink. Then we return to the dance floor. The whole evening is a blur and before we know it's 12. We call an Uber because we're too tired to drive. I kiss Lilly on the forehead. How did I end up with such a beautiful girl like her as my girlfriend? We get out of the car and I carry Lilly to the bed and she knocks out the second her head hits the pillow.

Lilly's POV
I wake up the next morning wearing clothes from the previous night. Also my shoes are still on. I look over and see Dom, still sleeping, snoring lightly. I get up as quietly as possible so I won't wake him up. I go get into some comfortable clothes and put on a little bit of makeup and then I go meditate. I haven't done it in a long time. And no, it's not that, ya nasty. And it felt great just to be present. When I finish, I go to the kitchen and order some food. I go through my emails, finalize a script and then send some emails. Once I finish everything, I realize that I've done everything I could and I have nothing to do. So I go upstairs and when I come inside the room, I find Dom, awake, shirtless.
"Is the AC on? Because its hella hot in here," Dom groaned.
"Is it because I'm here?" I joke.
I lay down next to him and rest my head on his chest. I trace his abs lightly. He leans in and kisses me. My lips connect with his, as if they were meant to be kissed by his lips. He deepened the kiss and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He kisses my neck, and I let out a soft moan. Then, we break the kiss.

"I love you, Dominic."
"I love you too, Lilly."

I go downstairs and pop some popcorn and run upstairs and lay down in bed with him, with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn. We watch Netflix, and lay there, being completely present. It felt great. And for the first time, I felt at peace and I was truly happy.

Yo! Sorry this chapter is so short! I dont exactly have any ideas atm, so thats why its short. And also I'm pretty tired. Hope you guys enjoyed and be on the lookout for Chapters 19,20,21 &22 which will be releasing on Monday! don't forget to comment and vote!
