RAYA BARATHEON was not happy with her father at the moment. While she wasn't fond of her home in King's Landing, she did not want to travel to the dreary, and cold North.

She let out a loud sigh and rested her head on the carriage wall, her long black hair getting into her face. She could feel her mother's eyes on her from across the carriage. She glanced up and met her mother's gaze, who seemed no happier than she did.

"Mother?" she spoke quietly, not wanting to wake her younger brother. Tommen had rested his head on her shoulder a while back and had not moved since.

"How long are we going to be in Winterfell?" she asked. Her mother shook her head, as though she knew the answer, but refused to believe it.

"It may be while, my little lion. Your father is trying to convince Eddard Stark to be his hand and that may take some time," Cersei spoke. Raya could tell by her mother's tone that she was tired and would much rather be back in the comfort of the Red Keep.

Raya didn't miss the bustling streets of King's Landing, but she understood her mother's weariness. She also would rather be at home than on her way to Winterfell.

"When will we arrive at Winterfell?" Raya looked over to see her younger sister rubbing her eyes. She gave Myrcella a gentle smile.

"Soon sweet girl. You should rest, the North will have many exciting adventures for you and Tommen," Myrcella gave her older sister a sleepy grin as she shut her eyes once more. Cersei watched the exchange between the two girls.

"You're going to make an excellent mother someday," she told her daughter. Raya wasn't aware, but she was her mother's favorite child. She may not have the golden Lannister hair, but she was Cersei's daughter through and through.

Raya grinned softly at her younger brother, "I hope so," she stroked Tommen's hair. The boy wrinkled his nose and snuggled closer to his older sister.

They continued to sit in silence the rest of the way to Winterfell.

Raya followed her mother out of the carriage. She immediately frowned as she saw Winterfell. Everything was just grey. She glanced at the people and frowned even more at the lack color in their clothing. Raya's eyes drifted as she saw her older brother sit proudly on his horse with a smirk on his face. She followed his gaze and saw that he was looking at the eldest Stark girl, Sansa, was it?

Sansa's fiery red hair made her stand out among the Stark children. Raya saw the small smile on her face as she stared longingly at her brother. Raya scrunched her nose up in disgust. Her attention averted back to her father and Ned Stark as the two men greeted each other.

"Take me to the crypts Ned, I'd like to pay my respects," she heard her father say.

She watched as her mother took a step forward, "Your Grace we've been riding for a month, the dead can wait."
