"HOW FAR UNTIL WE REACH King's Landing?" Loras asked annoyed. Raya rolled her eyes. Loras had been complaining their entire journey. She wasn't too happy about the journey either, but she was happy to be heading toward warm weather. Raya had brought quite a few men with her. She wasn't afraid that Tommen would do anything to her, but it was better to be safe than sorry.

"We're only a few days out. Did you send Margaery the raven?"

Loras nodded, "She's expecting us in the Kingwood."

"Good," Raya said. The plan was to meet Margaery, away from King's Landing, away from the meddling hands of her mother.

"What are you going to say to her?" Loras asked.

"I don't know," Raya answered, "But I'll get through to her."

Loras frowned, "You can't just use her feelings for you."

Raya looked at Loras insulted, "Do you think that lowly of me? That I'd use your sister's feelings to get an army?"

"No," Loras said, "I just know how Margaery feels for you."

"And you think I don't?" Raya asked. She knew how strongly Margaery felt for her. She knew that the other girl would throw her crown away if it meant that she could have Raya. She was painfully aware of how Margaery felt, but she would never use it against her.

Loras sighed, "I have seen Margaery cry herself to sleep because she can't have you. She was worried constantly about you when you left King's Landing. She begged me to go look for you, to make sure you were okay."

Raya turned and looked at the path ahead. She didn't know what to say.

"Did you ever love Margaery? Back in Highgarden, did you love my sister?" Loras asked, and without looking at the knight, Raya knew his eyes were on her, watching carefully. If she was being honest, she had loved Margaery.

But she didn't say it.

Her love for Margaery was in the past, and she didn't need to speak it into existence.

When they arrived in the Kingswood, Raya felt a bit of nostalgia. She remembered when she and Joffrey were younger and would hide in the woods away from Myrcella. It had been peaceful then. They had been happy.

Raya got off the horse and gave the reigns to one of the guards as she walked over to the spot where she would be meeting Margaery. Loras trailed behind her, alert to their surroundings. They were in enemy territory; an ambush could happen at any moment.

"You can relax a little, Loras," a voice said from behind them. Raya nearly jumped out of her skin when she turned and saw Margaery standing alone, with a cloak covering her head.
