"HOW'S RAYA?" Arya asked her older brother

"HOW'S RAYA?" Arya asked her older brother. When they had brought Raya in weeks ago, she looked – dead. It was weeks until Raya finally woke up. Arya had never felt so much relief in her life, but the relief was short lived until they received a raven claiming Daenerys Targaryen was headed for Dragonstone.

"She's alive," Jon said, "Sansa's with her right now if you want to go see her."

Arya scoffed, scrunching her nose in disgust, "I'd rather not."

"We're going to march for Winterfell soon," Jon told her, "I want you to stay here with Sansa and Raya."

"Does Raya know of you and Loras's plan?" Arya asked her older brother. When Jon ducked his head sheepishly, Arya sighed.

"We need to reclaim Winterfell before Daenerys gets here," Jon said.

"Shouldn't you wait for Raya to get better?" Arya asked, "If she's talking, I'm sure she'd be fine to fight."

"No," Jon said firmly. "We're not risking losing her again."

Arya saw the protective fire in Jon's eyes, and knew that there was no way he was going to let Raya anywhere near the battlefield. He might never let her see another battle.

"Well you should at least tell her your plan," Arya said, "Raya has a right to know."

Jon sighed, "I don't want to worry her."

Arya chuckled at her brother's statement, "She'll worry either way. She worries about all of us."

"Well I want her to worry less about this, and get better so when Daenerys is here, Raya will put her in her place," Jon said, causing Arya to laugh. The thought of Raya putting Daenerys Targaryen, the woman with three dragons, in her place was quite humorous, but if anyone could do it, it was Raya.

"How are things with Shireen?" Jon asked. Arya knew her brother wanted to change the topic. It was what he did when conversation grew too much for him.

Arya shrugged, "Fine I guess, she's a better archer than Bran ever was."

A smile grew on Jon's face. Arya didn't know when the last time she spoke of Bran was. They were unsure of his fate. Sam Tarly had claimed to have seen him, and he was trying to go over the wall, but Sam had left for the Citadel a while ago.

"Shireen will be happy to see Raya," Jon said, his smile faltering.

"Yeah," Arya said, "She's all Shireen's got left."

A silence fell over them and Jon smiled at Arya, messing with her short hair affectionately.

"You should get Shireen and go see Raya. She'd be happy to see the both of you."
