RAYA KNOCKED EAGERLY on Sansa's door. The door opened and without any introductions, Raya entered the room. Sansa could almost feel the excitement pouring off Raya as she looked at her face and understood something clearly at last in those beautiful emerald eyes.

"Close your eyes," Sansa wore an amused look on her face, but did as she was told. Sansa felt Raya's warm hands reach for her own and force them open. Something cold, and maybe made of metal was placed in her hand.

"You can open them now," Sansa opened her eyes and glanced down to see a wolf head hanging from a silver chain, that had threaded around her fingers.

"I know it's not much, but I thought you deserved a reminder of home," Raya said nervously. Sansa wasn't giving her much of a reaction and she didn't know if she had made Sansa happy or is she had royally messed up.

"I love it," Sansa said in a quiet voice as her eyes met Raya's.

The other girl couldn't help but to grin, "Really?"

Sansa chuckled, "Of course. It's perfect," she smiled, "You're perfect."

Raya laughed and shook her head at the compliment. Sansa took the necklace and held it out to Raya, implying that she wanted the other girl to put it on her. Raya took the necklace from her hand and brushed Sansa's hair out of the way.

As she placed the necklace on, she noticed how much Sansa had changed. She was a bit taller, but the thing Raya noticed was her hair. Sansa's hair wasn't done in the styles that they wore in the South, like she had done so often, but it was the way Sansa used to wear her hair in the North.

Raya bit her lip as she stepped away. Sansa turned and looked in the mirror, grinning at how perfectly the necklace fit her.

"Just a warning, you probably shouldn't wear this in front of Joffrey or my mother," Sansa nodded, but Raya could tell she was too entranced with the necklace to even care what Raya was saying. Sansa wrapped her arms around Raya's neck.

Raya wasn't ready for the impact and stumbled back as Sansa threw herself into Raya's arms.

"Thank you," Sansa breathed into Raya's neck. She could feel the other girl shudder and smiled.

"Anything for you," Raya whispered as she wrapped her arms around Sansa's waist.

"Do you know how many bastard children father had?" Joffrey asks Raya as they watched the renovation of the throne room.

"Too many to count," Raya mutters from her brother's side. He glanced over at his sister and took in her appearance. She had never really paid attention to how different Raya was from the rest of them. She looked everything like their father, with their mother's eyes.
