Chapter 13- It's Time

"This is Charlie, I'm 500 klicks from the Den." the sun sat high in the sky making the already hot jungle even hotter, but the heat didn't stop the Delta Force from making its way into the dense jungle.

"Keep moving, we were ordered not to engage with the female. If you see the other Yautjas, leave them alone. We are only here for Eagle, over." The headpiece gave a crackle, signaling someone else needed to speak

"Alright, Charlie out"

The soldier moved past the Den, keeping on the lookout for the others in the jungle. The General sent out the Delta Force, six soldiers make up the Delta Force. Charlie, Tango, Zulu, November, Foxtrot, and Papa. They all spread out in the jungle, their top priority is finding Eagle-Tony- and eliminating him, they're supposed to not engage if they see the female or the other Yautjas.

It would be bad if the female saw them, but it would be even worse if Yautja 6 saw them near his female. Tango slowly made his way through the dense vegetation, when the General wanted a fake but real jungle, he sure made a damn good one. It was like walking through a real jungle and there were even real animals here and insects. He even saw a waterfall here as well, this jungle is impressive. Charlie said he was 500 klicks away from the Den, that man had better be careful. Especially if the male was still around

"Anyone sees Eagle yet?" Zulu's voice came through and Tango heard the others respond with a negative.

*Shit, where the hell is he?* Tango thought with annoyance "We've been here for hours, the cameras cannot find him and we cannot seem to find him either" Foxtrot grumbled and Tango rolled his eyes.

"Look, we have to find him quick, if we don-" Tango was cut off by Zulu's voice.

"I found Eagle. He's dead"

"I thought we were never going to leave."

"What the pauk have you been doing, Guan' Thewi?"

"You seem different...Why do I smell a human and Yautja female on you?"

"Don't tell me you saved that human female."

Nightblood felt an oncoming headache as he listened to his fellow Yautjas talk to him one at a time. The male sat on a boulder, leaning his arms on his knees.

"I had to get things in order before I came to get you guys. Getting out is harder than it looks," He paused as he tilted his head to look at the males "yes, I saved the human female" he had to hold back a chuckle as three of the males groaned and shook their heads, the other two had their arms crossed while looking at him.

"I know the look you're giving me. Honestly, I had no idea what I was thinking either but..." he once again paused and looked down at his hands

"I think that she will make a great mate" his brothers went quiet as they watched him. Ta'Jaand moved slightly

"We will see this female and see if she is worthy to be your mate as well as a clan member. Remember, our clan might think we are bad blood for being gone for so long. If we do get out of here, we need to contact them and tell them what happened before they come get us" Ta'Jaand said.
