It was amusing to watch the iou-dte kale scream in terror and run away after he killed the ooman, his body just fell to the ground. He didn't run after the iou-dte kale just yet, he had to take the syra'yte off of his prize. He would've liked to take the whole thing, but with another prey getting farther and farther away from him, he didn't have time. After he took the syra'yte from his prize, he put it in the bag and stood up

"Time to go get my prey" his voice rumbled in his chest as he ran after the iou-dte kale and as he ran behind her, he saw her slip on some mud and fall to the side, tumbling down a hill.

The hunter stopped and watched as her body rolled and bounced roughly as it fell down the hill, she finally came to a hard stop on her back. *That had to hurt* the thought crossed his mind as he carefully made his way down the hill, holding onto the thin trunks. Some were even broken from the female's body rolling down the steep hill, as he came to the bottom, he could see the ooman laying there. Her breathing looked shallow and what she said next, made him pause and look at her with curiosity

"No...please. I don't want t-to die" she soon passed out.

The hunter stared at her body, seeing the cuts that were on her face, her clothes were dirty and ripped from the fall and her hair had sticks and leaves in it.

"hm" he reached down though he paused when he saw blood from her side.

*She's bleeding, well she did just roll down a hill, I would expect her to at least be injured* he thought and felt his mandibles twitch in slight annoyance. *If she's bleeding, it would be a matter of time before she dies of blood loss* he let a small sigh escape his mouth and kneeled down to tear some of her shirt.

Her stomach had a large gash across the side, but it didn't look deep. The male tore her shirt into strips and wrapped it around her waist, honestly, he didn't know why he was doing this. This ooman is his prey, he's supposed to hunt her...instead he's wrapping her side to make sure she didn't die.

Annoyance and confusion went through his mind as he carefully picked up the female in his arms and carried her back to his camp. It was quiet as he went to his part of the jungle, others could come into his part but there was a truce between the other hunters. If a hunter wanted to go in another part of the jungle, they had to give a gift or ask permission first.

The hunter sat by the medium fire pit, cleaning the oomans head. It's relaxing, cleaning the prizes he caught. But he wished that there were more things he could hunt, sure there were animals here, some larger than others. But he wished there were kiande amedha here, then the hunt would be interesting and fun.

The male looked over at the female who was laying on his bed, her breathing still shallow and he could see that her skin had a thin layer of sweat. *Could she have an infection? I don't know about the ooman body so I don't think I would be much help* he thought and stood up, walking over to the female. He cocked his head to the side as she let out a pain filled groan, her body twitched from pain and the being stopped and stared at her face when she slowly opened her eyes.

--------------------------------------------

My eyes felt so heavy as I slowly opened them, my whole body was throbbing but my side hurt the most. I was hot and cold at the same time and I could feel my body shaking *Ugh, I feel horrible* I thought and a soft groan left my body as I tried to sit up. But I froze as I saw a large figure standing beside me and I slowly looked over and my eyes ran up the muscular body of the killer who murdered my friend.

"G'kaun-yte" his voice rumbled and I could feel the vibration from his voice go through my body.

I didn't understand what he said nor did I want to. He just watched as I let out a shrill scream and scrambled back on the bed, grunting as I fell off it. I hissed when I felt my side throb and I could feel blood dripping down my side as I struggled to stand up. I panted as I held my side, falling against a tree and turned around to face the figure who was still staring at me with that expressionless mask.
