I open my eyes groaning at the pain pulsating in my head, causing me to raise my right arm to touch my forehead. Using my left arm to push and steady me up on the surprisingly comfortable bed.
Looking around my eyes widen as memories from Sophia's childhood pours into my head. Every last one. Especially as the light pink walls burn into my head.
Gaging I get out of the bed only touching it with the tips of my fingers, I didn't want to be here at all. This was a last place I needed Sophia seeing through my eyes, here I'd have to fight her harder than ever with the switch separating us from one another.
"Shit shit shit." I say quickly under my breath as I push my hands into my hair, crouching down a bit as I stare at the purple bed with four posts. She was a perfect little princess for her whole life? It was horrifying.
I needed to get out of here and if they wanted Sophia back they'd get her. So I might as well play the perfect role.
Running out of the room I couldn't help but smirk as I could hear Sophia screaming back at me.
"Sophia?" I stop looking to my left seeing Darlene, a women that Sophia deeply cared about. A grandmother figure, one replacing the abused mate of X.
"Darlene?" I say unsure of how to greet this women, but she did most of it for me, throwing her arms around me. Squishing me in a bone crushing hug, one I gladly couldn't return thanks to her arms being over mine.
"Oh sweetie everyone thought you where dead." Oh how nice of them. I smile and awkwardly pat her back, she releases me showing me a bright toothed smile. A part of me wanted to growl to make her submit, making her have to lower her lips over her exposed teeth.
But I have to play the perfect part.
"Well... uh no I'm not, could you show me where my brother is?" I ask and she nods grabbing my hand pulling me along a few halls, she stops soon and opens the two doors in front of us.
"Xerxes? Alpha Noah? Sophia is awake." She says before turning back to me, smiling widely again. I nod and walk past her into the room. Calling their attention to me, Noah looked tired aged a bit while Xerxes just looked the same.
"Sophia? You're awake already?" Xerxes says and I walk up to him and slap him as hard as I can, before realizing I was supposed to blend in. Quickly realizing my mistake I look at my hand in disgust before falling to the ground in a ball. Xerxes fell with me trying to pull me into a hug as I scream and claw at my scalp.
"Get out! get out!" I yell before Xerxes picks me up and places me in a chair. Placing his hands on my knees looking me in the eyes, a calming source from his fingertips fled into my legs before reaching my mind. Blinking a bit I stop my amazing acting job and get back to business.
"There you are..." he says removing his hands and standing up, letting Noah come close to me dressed up in a grey suit finally looking like an Alpha. Leading a pack he doesn't deserve.
"My sweet Sophia, I'm glad you're back and ready to be my Luna." He smiles and bends down kissing my lips quickly, I used everything I had not to spit in his disgusting mouth. I was repulsed by every male that wasn't my mate, instincts made it that way.
Xerxes growls not wanting to see anything other than G rated happening with his sister.
"Xerxes shut it, she's my mate-"
"She's not your fucking mate okay? If she was the moon would've made it-"
"Shut the fuck up Xerxes! You may have the moons special power but that does not make you higher ranking then me." I couldn't help but roll my eyes at the two, they where both in the wrong.
