"'It's over here!" Monae shouts informing Blaine that she had found the water slide. It wasn't any average water slide since it had a twenty foot drop.
Blaine followed behind at a moderate pace as Monae was running just about everywhere in excitement.
"These rides so damn big!" Monae shouts and Blaine was laughing at her.
Monae smiled back at Blaine and decided to ask her a question before they got onto the water slide.
"Are you sure you alright with being out in the open like this?" She questioned and Blaine nods her head, "Yeah. I intend on keeping my promise or else I'll have to swallow a thousand needles."
Blaine seemed serious so Monae laughed, "You know that's just a saying, right?"
Monae was having a lot of fun but she couldn't help but feel nervous at times. Blaine was at the top of the mafia and everyone wanted her head.
Blaine knew the danger of walking the streets of Italy alone but she still went out of her way and arranged this day just for Monae. That made Monae feel special but what if something happened...
Blaine squeezed Monae's hand which snapped her from her thoughts and she looked up to see her smile.
"Everything is going to be fine," Blaine said as if she read Monae's thoughts.
The warmth from Blaine's hand flowed through Monae's and she was left with this feeling of security.

The odd couple received many stares and glances throughout their day out. But that didn't stop them from having fun.
They rode roller coasters, saw animals, and won each other bears. Monae was a boss at the basketball game. But the entire time Blaine noticed they were being watched and it wasn't just any stranger.
"Monae... are you thirsty?" Blaine asked, "I will go buy you a drink."
Monae thought for a second before nodding, "Yeah... I'd appreciate that."
"Just wait right here for me," Blaine told her before she started to walk off.
