Ritwik had knocked at Sagar's cabin and then entered. Ever since this new secretary had joined he had not spoken much with Sagar. He knew Sagar's reputation with women. Though Nandita had assured him that the new girl was different and way too innocent still he knew his brother well enough.
When he entered Sagar' room he could see that the poor girl was embarased while he had a smug expression on his face. This confirmed his worst fears that Sagar was hitting on her.
She was a very young girl , not even turned twenty yet but he could see that she was pretty. She was not very tall but she was sweet and innocent.
However he knew that looks could be deceptive. Maybe he was judging his brother wrong and the girl was at fault. She might look innocent but these days women easily traded their innocence for money and power.Who would not like to be with the rich and notorious Sagar Singhania?
He knew she was a small town girl so if she was brave enough to come to Gurgaon and live alone then maybe she was also brave enough to seduce her boss.
He had to be careful. He decided to appoint someone to check these two and see if they were upto something.
"Hi brother. There must be something important if you cam,e to my offfice?"
"Well can't I come to meet my younger brother?"
"Of course yes. Did you need to talk to me?"
"Yes I am happy that you were able to close the UK deal with Nikhil. Hence I have planned a small get together at The Le Meridien. I have also invited most of our staff to celebrate your success.", saying this he hugged him.
Thouigh Sagar and ritwik were step brothers but the love between them was real. Ritwik kept on worrying about sagar's wayward ways while Sagar idolised his elder brother.
"When is the party bro?"
"Next saturday. You may invite Cynthia if you want too because everyone is allowed to bring one partner."
Sagar knew whom he wanted to invite.
As Ritwik moved out he glanced at Jiya. She was quite nervous to see him. Something was definitely going here and he was going to find out sooner or later. He was not going to allow Sagar to fall prey to any innocent looking golddigger.
