HOSPITAL

  Jiya rushed into his arms sobbing.

"Oh Sagar I am so scared . The doctors are still diagnosing my dads problem and my mom has also collapsed due to high blood pressure. I am all alone "

" Don't worry darling . I am here withyou. I have already spoken with a specialist who is flying from Delhi to check your father. Your mother is now better . So don't worry. Have you had anything to eat ?"

" No"

He bought both of them tea and cookies from the hospital canteen " Eat I said?"

She nibbled on one cookie and drank the tea. It was very refreshing and she felt better.

After another hour the nurses informed them that her mother was now better and she simply needed rest do it was advisable to keep her under observation for the next 24 hours .

Jiya father was now stable and they were waiting gor the specialist opinion tomorrow morning .

Sagar had booked a hotel near the hospital . " Jiya my driver will drop you to my hotel and you take rest for an hour in my room. Till then I will sit here."

" Sagar I can't leave my parents "

"Dear Jiya you need to rest otherwise who will take care of them?"

He himself took Jiya to his hotel asked her to rest on the bed . Within give minutes she was fast asleep. She looked do tired and worried even in her sleep . There were dark circles in her eyes. He covered her with a sheet and left for the hospital .

He had been sitting for two hours when Jiya 's name was called . He spike to the doctor that she was sthome and he eas her representative.

He entered her mothers room . She was a young lady probably in her late forties and good looking like her daughter . " Is Jiya father ok ?"

"He is fine madam . How are you ?"

"I am fine beta . May I know who you are ?"

" I am Sagar Singhania Jiya boss and friend . Don't you worry. Everything is under control . You take rest and get well "

She went to sleep with a satisfied look on her face .

Jiya woke from sleep after four hours " Oh my God it's so late . I must rush to the hospital ."

The driver was waiting for her . He took her to the hospital where she found Sagar still sitting in the waiting area .

" Sagar I am sorry I overslept. ,"

" You needed the rest darling . Come lets have tea and sandwiches . I ordered them from the bakery at the end of the street."
" I sm not hungry "

" But Jiya I am . I haven't even taken breakfast in the morning I am very hungry . Won't you give me company?"

"Why didn't you tell me before ?"

" I didn't want to worry you further . As such you were very worried "

Jiya was seeing a new dide os Sagar . This Sagar was very caring and helpful.

They ate their sandwiches in silence . She asked him to take rest He agreed onnone condition that he would stay at the hospital during night .

He went to the hotel and sharp at 9 PM he arrived at the hospital with packed dinner for both of them.

After dinner he dropped her at the hotel and came back to the hospital .

The entire night he spent sitting on the chair . When Jiya came to the hospital in the morning she found him sleeping on the chair . He looked so innocent sleeping not like the ruthless person who wanted to sleep with her and not even like the director of. Singhania Corporation.

She woke him up handed him s fresh toothbrush and toothpaste and gave him his morning coffee . Then she asked him to ho back to the hotel to rest but he refused bevause her mother was getting discharged today.

He completed the formalities arranged for a full day nurse and shifted her to the hotel because their house was around an hour journey from the hospital .

He then left in the evening to change because the specialist was arriving .
